I've nothing but praise for Beauty Naturals. Their products fulfil my wish to use "cruelty free" as much as I possibly can, with a large and varied range to choose from. Delivery is always prompt and the packaging excellent with never any leaks or spillages. If an item has become out of stock twixt ordering and despatch, someone will telephone me to check on my preference for an alternative - a personal touch which is much appreciated. I've been a happy customer for some time now and will happily continue to be one.

I dont order on a regular basis but when I do , I like the ease of using their website. Delivery of order , usually by Royal Mail , is quick and you are informed of where parcel is . Goods are of a very high quality. The Martha Hill range is very good.

Have been to Beauty Naturals for many years. The site is very pleasant and easy to use. Their product guide books which they send to me are always a pleasure to look though. .
Most things are covered too, so there is always a nice natural product to think of purchasing. Thank you for your lovely products, over the years.
There are also many bargains to be had, and incentive to spend a certain amount in able to have a nice discount.

The company sell cruelty free cosmetics and a fantastic range too. Every order is dealt with swiftly. The products are of excellent quality. I have been ordering from them for years and will continue to do so. Good value for money too.

Have been using Beauty Naturals for a long time going back to the days of Martha Hill. Still use some of the original products but like to try out some new ones occasionally and get a bargain when some are reduced or end of stock.
They have expanded over the years selling many great products, I now order online and everything is packed well and sent out quickly, great service and wonderful products.

I have purchased from this company a few times over the past year and I'm very impressed with their products and just recently I have found their customer service to be excellent, there was a little mix up with my order and I received the wrong product but after contacting them I received a prompt reply apologising for the mistake and they said they would send me a replacement for the missing product and told me to keep the product I received in error, 3 days later I received my replacement, I'm so pleased with the effort that was put in to put things right for me, more companies should take note of this excellent customer service I received, I would like to say a big thank you and will continue to enjoy shopping

I like this small, friendly, family-run business and have been using them for years. Never had any issues with them and they've always been very helpful. I would recommend Beauty Naturals.

I have been using Martha Hill for over 40yrs. Drifted away a few years ago because I had received a lot of beauty gifts for birthday. Returned earlier this year, what a wonderful difference. I use the originals set. It can stand up head higher next to any other high street product. I have extremely sensitive skin with T zone. Nos. 1&2 cleanser and toner leaves my skin looking fresh and radiant. No. 3 moisture is light and mattifying. No. 4 may look thick/heavy but when you put on at night it absorbs quickly and skin feels fab in morning. I would defo recommend this product :)

Beauty Naturals don't make it easy for their customers to place an order.

I tried to order online a special offer with a free eye gel that was advertised in the WI magazine for Martha Hill products. The checkout basket wasn't showing the free item as free and charging me for full product. So I telephoned my order and explained to the agent and she then said she could take my order. I then proceeded to give my Amex card details but was told they didn't take Amex over the phone but they did online on their website. Extremely disappointing first experience which I will say will be my last. As they are so inflexible I decided not to place my order.

Just joined their Martha Hill Beauty Club….such a generous loyalty scheme…wish I’d done it years ago! Always friendly and efficient customer service with prompt deliveries. But the best thing about this company is that I always feel really confident about every product they sell from an eco, ethical as well as health/beauty enhancing POV….it ticks all the boxes. It saves so much time researching info/ingredients yourself…all info is there for you on a clear and easy to use website…. I used Martha Hill products 30 years ago when I knew the family but then lost touch. So I was very happy to re-discover again them 3 years ago on the internet. It’s such a relief to find good quality skin products that don’t make my ridiculously super sensitive eyes stream ….plus I seem to get regular flattering ‘skin glowing’ compliments since using the Martha Hill Essentials range, which is always a welcome bonus at 53! But my favourite product is the Skin Revivals Organic Cleansing Facial Oil; absolute luxury to all the senses! ….Martha Hill really was a woman before her time and it’s so great that her family have continued with her highly culturally relevant ethos and aspirations to the benefit of us all!
