Pretty sure these guys are linked to hatters car sales

Terrible service. I canceled my car contract next day. I still waiting for my deposit back. The credit company still didn't receive money back. And know is over 2 weeks. Just wondering how long takes to send money back?!!!

Bought a car for 16 grand. They lied all faults on check list we got with it are fixed. Nothing was fixed! It's like 1500£ extra!!! Liars! After many phone calls they fixed some but still what's the most expensive is not done! I would never purchased from them! Be aware. Believe me, you don't want to waste your money purchasing from them.

I have read a lot of bad reviews about this place and unfortunately this standard is still being lived up to. I picked up an Audi on the day of collection, everything looked good with the car outside and in although couldn’t spend too much time with it before setting the deal due to feeing rushed with the COVID rules. Sat down and did the deal the car got brought out to me.

Upon being given the car everything worked except for the right hand side speakers. I took the car home and rang the company to be told I would receive a phone call back from syeed. This call never got returned. I then spent £75 of my own money to investigate what the issues were with the speakers. It turned out the amplifier has placed itself into protect mode and only Audi can take this off or a reputable electronic company with the correct equipment could also do this but at an additional cost of £150.

I rang syeed and explained this to him in which he stated he would speak to his mechanic and see what he can do, 2 phone calls later he is still going to ring me back. He stated there was nothing wrong with the car when they had it in the garage although I was able to retrieve proof that on the day of purchase within two minutes after collecting the car that the speakers did not work.I understand times are busy but reading reviews for this car market this is common practise for the company. I would like to say that there seem to be no other mechanical issues or dangerous parts on the car but when I asked about whether they had carried out a health check on the vehicle there was no definitive answer whether this took place and looking through the paperwork handed to me there was no evidence of one of these checks taking place. The battery on the vehicle is weak but I would place that down to the time the car was sat in the yard and not down to staff incompetence. Please will the owner read this and contact me as soon as possible, a review like this could have been avoided by communication with the product buyer.

It is a shame reviews like this have to be made because the salesperson and owner are both really polite and well spoken people however it seems their customer service skills deteriorate once sale has been completed.

Instant red flags didn’t even go to the dealer after asking how I was paying before we had even got there to see the car and asked that I wasn’t paying in 50s or old £20 notes didn’t give any info about the car very off putting and rude

This is the most appalling garage, DO NOT GO THERE they are a dishonest bunch!!

used them and got myself a great car, low decent mileage. I have had it for 1 year to the date and not a single issue. recently signposted my friend to them and he has also got the car he wanted. lovely happy and welcoming staff. No Issues with them at all. I trust them to send friends and family to everytime..

Wanted to put zero stars but had to put one that’s being generous. Stay well clear from this lot. Read below. True scammers that will cost you loads in the long run. They scam people out of their money and will appear on Watchdog soon. Save your money, pay more elsewhere even just to stay away. They could offer me a car for free I wouldn’t take it. Genuine scam artists here. Be safe than sorry.

Bought a car and have done 400 miles in just over 1 month of having it, the engine light has started flashing and the power steering keeps going out. Called my breakdown cover to look at it and they are saying that the if the power steering goes out while I'm driving I could crash and die!
Contacted them and they want nothing to do with it, reluctantly they have offered to give me a refund WITH A £199 SERVICE CHARGE?! Not to even mention they offer you chocolates and sweets in return for good reviews. In the process of suing these fraudsters. Read the other bad reviews but also saw all the good ones and bought with them in good faith, What was I thinking. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Could not be happier with my fiesta st! The whole process was smooth start to finish. The staff are really friendly and always available to answer questions. Applied for finance and picked the car up the next day! Would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks!

Was nice not to be pressure sold. Had a look around and was given keys, just told to go grab someone if I needed help, makes a change from having someone stand over you while you look at the car which was great. Decent price and promised to sort a couple issues we found. Upon pickup these were done as promised. Great price for the car and so far so good. Noticed a few bad reviews but I suppose you get that anywhere. They had all the warranty and checks that you would expect a reputable seller to have, so I'm hoping the new car will be smooth sailing. Based on the experience we had it would be hard not to recommend a visit if you are in the market for a new car.

KEEP AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE THEY ARE COW BOYS OUT TO TAKE MONEY THATS IT NOT INTERESTED IN QUALITY OF CAR OR EVEN IF IT NEEDS WORK THEY MUST USE A BENT MOT GARAGE AS I GOT MY CAR HOME THE THE REAR TYRES WAS ABOUT TO BANG AND ALL CRACKED AND BELOW THE LIMIT AND CV BOOT WAS COMPLETELY HANGING OFF IV GOT PROOF OF THIS I WOULD OF TOOK CAR BACK BUT THEN AGAIN I WOULD NOT TRUST A WORD THEY SAY ANY MORE PEOPLE JUST STAY CLEAR OR READ ALL THE BAD REVIEWS BEFORE YOUR PURCHASE MY CAR WAS A ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN AND MY 4 YEAR OLD BOY WAS IN CAR ALL THE WAY HOME WITH ME ON THE MOTOR WAY

EVERYONE WHO IS GOING TO BUY A SECOND HAND CAR JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE GETTING IT FROM A GARAGE DOES NOT MEAN IT WILL BE OK?
SOMETIMES A PRIVATE SELLER IS BETTER AS THEY HAVE HOPEFULLY LOOKED AFTER THEIR CAR
ALWAYS GO TO GOV.UK AND CLICK ONTO CHECK MOT HISTORY...TAKES 2 MINS...SHOWS ALL PREVIOUS MOT'S ALSO IF CORRECT MILEAGE ECT
NEVER BUY A CAR WITHOUT DOING THIS
AND IF A GARAGE HIDE THE NUMB PLATES IN PICTURES THEN DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO GO THERE< AS THAT IS A SIGN THEY HACE SOMETHING TO HIDE....
ALSO MAKE SURE THERE IS A LANDLINE NUMB ALSO....NOT JUST MOBLIE

Had a problem with a car that we brought after 5 days of having it, we paid £7000 for this car and the after service has been awful!!!, my partner who is pregnant was out in the evening and on the drive home the electric handbrake seized with a really loud screeching sound and it could not be released, so she was stranded, I had to then wake up our 2 younger kids to go and pick my partner up, she then rang the office the next day and explained what happened and said the warranty would cover this, but it has been advised by our local garage that the amount to fix this would cost more than the warranty would cover, problems after problems have occurred, with the boot not opening, when you reverse the mirrors get stuck too and whilst driving on a "A" road, the car just dies! it's a absolute death trap, my wife is due in 8 weeks time and we have no car to use for the drive to hospital, we have sent emails, we have made phone calls too, but no reply whatsoever to sort something out, but they have said it is being dealt with their aftersales team, we asked for their number and they won't give it to us, they are so unprofessional! Please AVOID at ALL COSTS!

As per AA Dealers Promise, all cars should have 6 months MOT and also provided with 12 month breakdown cover, we have only had 3 months and no breakdown cover given!

5 star customer service. Williams was very helpful with the finance appllication, walk me through it and made everything go smooth. I was very happy with the purchase and the warranty that i was given with the car.

If buying car from this dealer make sure you get it checked my qualified mechanic and ask to see all paperwork. Bought lovely BMW x5, little bit over priced for year but lovely looking car. Got it home found out only had 5 weeks MOT ,had car checked over and all bushes needed replacing ,wiper blade, new wheel nuts as no locking wheel nut, had all this done and was warned tyres barely legal. Told dealer they arranged MOT for me at the garage they use at my cost. Vehicle past only because id had work done but got advisories on rear tyres also had to replace battery. Another point you get 3 months free warranty but if you extend the warranty like I did for 12 months you only get the 12 months not 15months. I've had car 4 weeks and its cost me nearly 1000 pound. Spoke to Bedfordshire car sales about this, said they would get back to be, week later heard nothing left message no reply.

I bought a Vauxhall Zafira in Dec.2018. Very pleased with car and sales person very helpful. After 4 days the clutch went. They arrange collection and took the car aware to fix it and got the car back a couple of days later. Even taxed it for me online which save me doing so. Highly recommended them to anyone.doing so.
