We had a great experience at the store. Chloe was incredibly helpful and guided us very professionally, which made it much easier to choose the best bedframe and mattress for our needs. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I had a great deal of help from the sales person on my visit. He explained the materials used in the mattress I tried and as I am an older customer I have specific issues with Ie achey bones. He was very patient and courteous. So Thank you Marcus.

A lot of questions answered Professionally and after 2-3 visit for bank holiday we did managed to get god deals for a matress and Tempur pillows.

Salesman was very helpful
Salesman was very helpful - appreciated my needs and didn't annoy me by trying to sell me something that I did not want. The bed hasn't arrived yet but it looked to be decent quality at the store.

We visited Brislington branch, and I have to say I was truly impressed with the service, advice and help provided by Kally – from when we entered the premises to completion of the order, she handled the sale most professionally. Nice welcome by Kally as we entered the store. Excellent selection of beds . We told Kally what wwe were looking for and she was very helpful and friendly. No pressurised selling which we like but very helpful advice and plenty of time to walk around store and make our choice. An excellent shopping experience and would highly recommend this store.

Extremely helpful team
Great experience, would highly recommend. Walked into Bristol Brislington store and was served by Chloe. She was so knowledgeable and able to answer my questions with honesty. While making my order, she told me deals that were available and encouraged me to make use of the one delivery fee for multiple items. My bed, mattress and sofa was delivered only 2 weeks later by Gary and Warren. These guys were so helpful and friendly. They put the bed together in no time and even helped me to assemble to sofa which was not part of their service. After helping me, they took away all the cardboard and rubbish and left with a smile. Couldn't recommend this company enough. Made moving to a new place so easy.
