Amazing experience
Me and my partner was looking for a new mattress and wasn’t sure on what to get. We got a lot of help from Spenser and he was telling us about the beds and showing us lots of options. Spenser was very helpful and we felt very welcomed by him he made our experience a lot easier. We’re very happy we have found an amazing mattress and lovely pillows. What I also liked Spenser asked us to take our time and he left us to look around and think what we like best.

Great experience
Sales person was very helpful and informative, but at the same time inobtrusive, as I hate being pressurised, always ready to give any advice and information though.

Amazing worker.
The lady that helped us was truly amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the products and honestly the reason we brought the mattress and bed. No pressure to buy but made us feel welcome. Xx

My visit to your store was excellent
My visit to your store was excellent. Sales assistant polite and knowledgeable.
However I have just been informed by email that my order is delayed by 10 days. Very unhappy as my grandson is visiting and the bed is needed hence I ordered it when I did. Don’t suppose there will be any refund on the £40 delivery charge I have paid !!!

Very helpful n friendly lady ,great experience and was not pushy or annoying at all I would say it made my desion to buy a mattress with Bensons in a good way I was left to decide n make my desion after all her good advice ,I was dreading it wen I first got there ,,but actually enjoyed choosing my new mattress it helped being able to try out the different types of mattresses and all my questions were answered by the sales lady 👍
