Welcoming, cheerful and very efficient
Kieran was welcoming, cheerful and happy to go to any lengths to make sure that we were able to make an informed decision regarding our requirements without being pushy. We bought our guest bed mattress from him 2 years ago and, due to our previous experience, we’re happy to return on this occasion. Very helpful and explained everything perfectly.

Caring service
I was impressed with the use of technology to determine which mattress was suitable. Both my sons tried this bed, both have different builds, and both had different results.
Then shown 3-4 mattresses to try based upon the assessment.
Very polite, approachable sales team. They offered advice regarding post sale care of the mattress. Though 1 member gave more details which was useful.
The delivery team put on shoe covers as they entered my house. Followed directions well. Very polite and communicative.

Professional service and great beds
All of the team, from sales to delivery, were excellent. Communication happened as promised, the beds were delivered when they said they would be, and the delivery team took great care with our home and new furniture. They were quick and efficient, very professional and polite. The bed base (Sandra) is extremely comfortable and we love it. The Hip Hop bed and mattress are waiting for their first use in a couple of weeks, and look great

We went to Bensons for Beds Castleford where choice was huge. We was pleased by Lady call Jude in store which answer to our every question. She give us the 5 star ⭐ customer service and our new bed with Eve mattress end that up like a cherry on top of the cake. Kind regards Justyna and Damian.
