Delivery was great. The men were very efficient and very polite.

Jim was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and directed us towards a superb product at a competitive price.
Communication throughout was excellent and the delivery guys were first class, calling ahead, putting things together and removing all the packaging.
All in all a great experience.

We bought 2 otterman beds and a mattress from Bensons at Jcn 32 in Glasshouton. Kieran was very helpful and also knowledgeable, which helped with making a decision on the beds and also getting the correct mattress. Excellent service.

Good helpful information in store. I was kept updated of my orders process. I was able to track delivery and it came well within the two hourly window. Delivery team were very polite, helpful and respectful.
