Good service from going into the store to choose my bed.Kept up to date on the progress of my bed by the manufacturers.Given a delivery date.Van drivers notified me of arrival time on the day of my delivery.l paid for the dismantleing service of my brass bed,and the recycling of my mattress.So glad l did that.The guys that did all the hard work,were efficient friendly and courteous.They tidyed up and took all packageing away.Great Service.

Buying the bed at Junction 32 retail…
Buying the bed at Junction 32 retail park was excellent. Kieran the salesman was excellent, friendly and helpfull but the delivery guys not so much. Virtually threw the bed into the house, l was told it would at least be taken upto my first floor bedroom, at 86 l really struggled to get it up my stairs and assembled but got it there eventually, good quality bed.

We must have been about 90 minutes trying then spending a good amount of time on the one we chose to make sure it was right. We never felt rushed or pressured or we would have left. We purchased a lovely mattress which has made a big difference to my sleep. Thank you x

Delivery was great. The men were very efficient and very polite.
Choosing our new mattress was easy. The salesman listened to what we wanted. We bought the first one he recommended although did try a couple of others just to make sure.

From entering your Castleford showroom and speaking to Jim the journey from ordering our new bed to delivery was seamless.
Jim was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and directed us towards a superb product at a competitive price.
Communication throughout was excellent and the delivery guys were first class, calling ahead, putting things together and removing all the packaging.

Salesperson had good knowledge of mattresses I was interested in. Initially I had to lie down in my sleeping position whilst a machine checked the mattress firmness most suited to me. This was really beneficial.
