Excellent service
I'm happy with the service, Sam was really helpfull, and went out of her way to help. The only thing I would say was the lights in the store were to bright, could only stay in store for an hour as had a headache.

Good experience on the web and in-store
Useful website to research what we were looking for, followed up by a great in-store experience helped by the Folkestone store assistant Starr. She clearly explained the options, features of the sofabed and delivery details. We await delivery due in early March.

The sales assistant was very attentive and helpful. She also gave us a good deal on the bed frame &mattress which we purchased.
