Good experience
Guy in store was friendly. Used technology in the shape of a smart bed to work out what mattress I needed then chose the one in my price range. Mattress arrived when it was promised and the delivery drivers were top notch.

Bolt missing
Nice bed, well delivered but the experience was spoilt because 1 bolt was missing. There were two feet for the centre of the bed frame and only 1 of them had a bolt. I had to drive to a shop to purchase a bolt.

Excellent service from Bensons. From walking through the door of the Huddersfield store I was met by Andei who showed me round and assisted me in my choices. From then on I was kept informed of the progress of my order and 3 days before delivery I was advised of timeline. True to form I got a call from the delivery team informing me exactly when they would be with me and they were. Delivery went vey smoothly. I would recommend Bensons to anyone thinking of buying for the bedroom.

All staff were friendly and respectful. The delivery was on time and the team managed to manoeuvre the bed without any damage to my property. The bed was expertly built and all packaging was taken away.

We ordered our bed back in December …
We ordered our bed back in December from a lovely lady who was very knowledgeable and no hard sales, due to not having a date to move in to our new home, Bensons kept our bed in storage until we were ready for delivery. The guys who delivered the bed were excellent and didn't mind carrying everything to our desired room.

From the moment we entered the store in Huddersfield we were met with a welcoming smile, assistance, knowledgeable staff and good humour. The computerised machine for choosing which bed/pillow was spot on. We were kept informed at every stage of the manufacturing process. The delivery gents were excellent. Bernadette Moorhouse in store was a star.
