In store and online experience
We first went into the shop in Worcester and the sales man was so kind and was eager to help us find the best mattress for our needs and price point.
We then went away to decide and bought online.
When it was delivered, the delivery man was very efficient and friendly and was great!

The sales assistant Neil was very helpful and friendly. Dedicated time and effort to ensure we found the right bed and mattress to our specifications, and provided us with lots of helpful information with regards aftercare and maintenance.

Went in to help a friend sort a bed , ended up coming out with bed for myself 😊had a really positive experience at Cherie was absolutely lovely—friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. She made the whole process easy and enjoyable without being pushy, and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for.
