Excellent Service Department
Although my remote control was just out of warranty when it inexplicably stopped working, Luke in the Service Department firstly sent me instructions to get it re-paired with the fire. When this didn't work he sent me a new one which worked immediately. Above and beyond. Thank you.

Bespoke Fireplace media wall
From our first meeting at the show room with Chris we were able to talk over the different types of media wall we never felt rushed and Chris explained the process. We ordered the Miami wall and a couple of weeks later it was fitted in our new home by Mike.
Mike is a true professional with excellent knowledge and skill our wall now looks fantastic Thanks for a kid well done. Highly recommended

Top Class!
From our first interaction with Kritika in the showroom, who was so helpful and informative, to Mike the fitter who installed our fantastic willow wall package, Bespoke Fireplaces were absolutely top class. We are so happy with the finished product. Mike was so helpful and knowledgeable throughout and not to mention, absolutely brilliant with our two little boys! Mike went above and beyond for us. Kritika was always available for any advice and guidance with prompt replies to any emails I sent with any queries I had. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a top class product with top class service!

First class company to deal with
Excellent company to deal with from walking into the showroom, the staff were helpful in designing exactly what we where looking for. Communication after that was first class keeping us informed on delivery and fitting date. On the day of fitting Jay and Ash where brilliant, nothing was to must trouble, hit them with a few changes but they had no problem in installing our media which we are so happy with. Thank you ALL at Bespoke Fireplaces we would highly recommend them to all our family and friends.

Fire suites & accessories by 'The Costello Group' of Knowsley
Following a recent visit to Taskers of Aintree to look at furniture, my husband & I were pleasantly surprised to see within their store a lovely new department called 'The Costello Group' who offered bespoke fire suites. Their manager was very helpful & mentioned they had a larger showroom based in Knowsley which offered a much larger selection.
We decided to visit them the following day to check out for ourselves...
The location was easy to find and a new modern showroom which on approached sent a clear message it was going to be a good experience.
We were not disappointed !
A lovely young lady called Faith greeted us both with the offer of a hot or cold drink and invited us to take our time looking at the beautiful displays & settings.
Soon after, we were warmly greeted by Nick Johnson, the manager.
Nick was both friendly & knowledgeable and answered all our questions we had asked, clearly he knew his products very well, this gave us confidence from then on.
The advice on choices & further suggestions, instantly allowed us to make a decision to purchase a fire suite on the day.
We both felt Nick certainly went the extra mile, staying on after closing to take time to show us complimentary accessories to go with our Fire suite . We personally thanked Nick for his professionalism and the manner in which we were treated.... truly a great experience ! Nick will be in touch soon to update us on our delivery & installation date 🙂

I’ve had my fireplace for almost five…
I’ve had my fireplace for almost five years and it still looks as beautiful as the day it was installed. Recently the glass cracked and Sam quickly arranged for an engineer to replace it within a few days. I also had another issue with the fire movement and again Sam was extremely helpful.
Considering I’ve had the fireplace for so long, I didn’t expect this level of support, but the service has been exceptional. The fireplace still looks brand new and the aftercare from the company has been fantastic. Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

faulty fire
this review is not reflected to the engineer who came out has he was courteous and polite and took his time to try to resolve the problem which is there is a constant humming noise when we turn the fire on without the fan working.engineer told us there is nothing he can do has he replaced the motor but still made a noise was told its the design of the motor has its a moving part.very disappointed in the fire has it was expensive feel let down would not recommend

Great support to fix a problem
Had a fault on a fire that was a few yaers old and out of warranty. They diagnosed the fault via email and sent a link to the spare part needed (PCB). There were two options 1. to fit yourself or 2 have an engineer visit. however, they gave a link to a video showing you how to change the part. Video was great and manged to replace the PCB, thus saving the cost of enginner visit. Great support from BF and the part was reasonably priced. All in all a great experience

We were mooching for a new fireplace…
We were mooching for a new fireplace for our new apartment.
We’d been into taskers aintree, were really impressed with Sophie (I think it was her name) .
So we went back again to make a decision.
Chatted with Clare, who was wonderful with us. Showed us different colours we could choose surround with. Ended up purchasing a brand new fire.
