Well avoid the chocolate babka! Item arrived yesterday and it is dry and stale! Not edible. How do you stay in business?

We received the Best of Hungary package from our friends, which was a terrible disappointment. The white wine in the box was broken and the other goods were very poor. We didn't tell our friends because it was a Christmas gift. I have never seen such a bad online shop. It is an exaggeration to call this poor shop the best. I do not recommend it to anyone.

My first order from this company.
I ordered red wine, sunflower oil, honey and paprika paste and as the company is based in Wales and staff were clearly on it, it arrived already the very next day !
I'm looking forward to sampling these goods and surely will order again in the future

Ordered a Beigli for the very first time and unfortunately it was badly damaged in transit through no fault of the company. I received an apology from the Managing Director that night and a replacement the very next day. Wonderful customer service and great food. Will definitely buy again in the future. Highly recommended!

I've ordered bejgli, it did arrìve in 2 days, however the expiry or best before date was already one day outdated. The bejgli was eatable, however it was dry. These bejglies usually last 2 weeks, so these were clearly old. Disappointed as it was my first order, had high hopes, most likely will not order again
Update: they came back to me and apologised for the mistake and sent out 2 fresh one!

Placed an order for Hungarian treats for a friend for Christmas. The order was confirmed and the order dispatched the following day. However, on the day of delivery they sent me an email saying they were refunding items that were out of stock. What's the point of confirming orders and then not having the stock? Left seeking alternatives for something I thought I had sorted. Talked to customer services who gave the usual insincere apologies and said I could return the other items at my expense if I wished. I will, just because of their attitude

We've used this company twice now, excellent products and service, brilliant packaging and prompt delivery.

Recently had a mishap regarding 2 items being the wrong product. Customer service/care sorted it swiftly on day of contact Wednesday and sent the 2 correct items out free of charge, which came early Friday morning. And they allowed us to keep wrong items to enjoy with the rest of the package :).

Best of Hungary is my go to store if I want to share some Hungarian goodies with my English friend. Last time the items got mixed up, but they corrected it promptly, and generously let us keep the extra items.
