Great trampolining party
We booked a trampolining party at Gosling Sports Centre for our child's 7th birthday. We received clear information via email from Gosling in advance of the party which was really helpful, and the team was very helpful on the day. Party room 4 was perfect for our group of 10 children plus parents. Our party host, Harrison, was friendly and welcoming and checked in with us during the party to make sure that we had everything we needed. The television screen in party room 4 didn't seem to be working so it wasn't possible to have the party child's name on the screen or play music from the speakers but that didn't affect our enjoyment of the party and all the children had a great time! It was super helpful to be able to have the party room from the start of our party session, as 15 mins to set up would have been very tight, and also nice to be able to let our guests leave gradually at the end of the party - maybe this was only possible we had booked the last party slot of the day, but it definitely worked well for us. Thank you to the Gosling trampolining party team for helping to make to make our party go smoothly!

Signed my son up to the 4 week ski…
Signed my son up to the 4 week ski lessons. Class was small and the instructor’s were helpful and gave the group great feedback. I was very impressed with how much my son progressed and he was able to ski confidently from the top of the main slope by the end of the last session. We were so we have recommended the lessons to friends who have booked their son and daughter in for lessons too.

It was a smooth running party. The staff were all very helpful and the kids enjoyed it. Would recommend for young children.

Great venue for party and helpful staff
We held a trampolining birthday party here (for the second time) and we were really impressed by the helpfulness of the front desk team who were friendly and even gave us assistance moving all the party goods to and from our car. They also checked-in regularly to make sure everything was going well. Wish I had remembered the name of the young man who was helping us, as I would have given him a mention here

Firstly would like to say party host was lovely nothing was too much. Had a smile on her face and was very helpful. The children had a great time and overall soft play facilites were great for a party. The downside was it is extremely hot in the soft play with no air con which makes the soft play area smell very musky. Parents and children were very very hot. Surely as a business offering these facilities you have a duty of care. Children could get overheated. The birthday cake which alot of effort went into had melted after half hour of being there. Whilst I understand an aircon unit may not be compatible with your roof structure you need to invest in portable air con units at least!

While we are aware of the limitations of our current building structure when it comes to traditional air conditioning, we agree that further solutions are needed, and your suggestion of portable air con units is a valuable one. We just had our son’s 4th birthday…
We just had our son’s 4th birthday party at the trampoline park. Staff were extremely helpful and everything went really well - he had a fantastic time. We purposely selected the 10am under 4-5yrs session as it’s normally more quiet and the little ones can run around without being knocked over by the bigger ones. It also meant that we could have access to the party room to set up as soon as we arrived as it was the first session of the day. Definitely recommend if you are having a party for a smaller child. It was a little warm inside but as it was fairly empty this particular day, it was fine. My only feedback would be that information is not very clear when booking online - e.g minimum age 18months, total number of adult bouncers included in price (which is only 8 adults for 15 children - this doesn’t make much sense for a toddler session, I think it should be same amount of adults as children due to their age). All in all, would definitely recommend for a great party!

As a retuning member the set up process…
As a retuning member the set up process on the app was confusing. However a trip to Gosling helped. Jesse at the centre was particularly helpful and knowledgeable and after a few iterations she sorted out the issue.

Room for improvement
My daughter enjoyed her birthday party, however there are a few things that you could improve on for a better experience. Firstly, the weather was hot an sunny on Saturday, however we were disappointed to know that there is no air conditioning in gosling sports park! The trampoline park was like a sauna and kids soaked with sweat, it was just too much! Most parents weren't bouncing but we were all still so hot and uncomfortable, and all they had was one pathetic fan! We felt sorry for the poor staff who have to work in that heat all day! Secondly, there is nowhere cool to leave presents or food before the party room was open for us, which is 45 mins after the start of the bouncing! However, luckily for us the kind staff in the cafe kindly allowed us to put our sandwiches and cakes in their fridge so they didn't melt in the heat. Lastly, I understand there are parties back to back (I guess for profit), but we felt rushed at the end to clear our stuff so the next party could have the room. I would suggest having a short break (maybe 10-15 mins) after one party finishes so the staff can properly clean so they wouldn't be in such a rush to push the party before out. It just all felt very rushed! However, having said these comments, my daughter did enjoy her party with her friends but a few improvements can be made.

We had a trampoline party for our son’s 7th birthday and the staff were extremely helpful. It was well organised and the children had enough time to bounce and then eat. The only downside is that the heat was quite unbearable at times. I appreciate it’s been very hot recently but investment in air-con or more fans would have made the experience far more pleasant for all. I honestly don’t know how the staff manage working in that heat all day.

Excellent party very accommodating staff. Safe and great access to a party room. We also ordered food from the cafe which was great.
The only minor detail was there was no aircon in the party rooms and it was unbearably hot. However, it wouldn’t put me off doing a party x

I recently celebrated my twins' 6th…
I recently celebrated my twins' 6th birthday party at Goslings Park, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly, with the food and service from the café being quite satisfying. The children had a fantastic time. However, I would like to note that the heat was somewhat uncomfortable, as there were no air conditioning units in either the trampoline park or the party room. This made it a bit challenging for both the kids and parents on a warm summer day.

The staff were friendly and helpful for…
The staff were friendly and helpful for our trampoline party. It was great how easy they made the experience.
The downside was I rushed so hard to get the kids to eat and skipped cutting the cake as 30mins isn't very long to eat and put the cake in the party bags, 15mins to tidy up was a big struggle for me alone. I felt like I had to shimmy everyone away quickly so I could tidy up. There wasn't anyone in the room after me (they told me there was) so I needn't have worried. I think the 1.5h bounce is a good amount of time, but the room timing isn't long enough to be enjoyable, at least not for the parent, the kids had a great time.
