The app isn’t very good
The app isn’t very good. It won’t accept my log in when trying to set up extras. Should be an option to bring a friend or recommendation. Nothing and so much hard to do. Some areas are up to date others really do need some work doing. But works for what I need.

Great place for kids' party
We held our twin girls' 8th birthday party at Gosling's trampoline/soft play over the weekend. It was wonderful. The staff were friendly, proactive and accommodating. It was all very slick and smooth - I'd highly recommend for parties... and now that we've been, I imagine we'll be going more frequently!

Better is a great venue with excellent amenities. The trampoline parties are enjoyable for kids, though some aspects could improve. Staff are helpful, and the jumping area is fantastic, but the party rooms lack music options and minor logistical issues like water availability need addressing. Overall, a solid choice for kids' activities! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent stuff
Excellent stuff, the facilities are amazing. Everything is new and clean, the room for the party was the perfect size. They had a bluetooth speaker to connect to so the kids could dance and jump around. The trampoline park itself has just had a refurb, and there is this amazing soft play part to play in. It's really great, well organised, safe, clean, staff are friendly and helpful. I can't really complain about anything... I do wish the car parking was free there though, I think it's bad that you pay for a class or party in this case, and you still have to pay parking. But that is pretty minor with all things considered.

Needs improving
The changing rooms are very old and not very clean. The facilities in spa area are very dated and not always all working. The temperature of the pool most days is cold and not ideal for people using it as spa experience. Gym is good equipment well maintained and clean. Variety of machines.

Fantastic trampoline parties
Popular party venue amongst my daughters and their friends. I hosted one yesterday for my daughter's 9th birthday and it was super easy and fun. The kids love the activity and it's convenient having the party room. My party host was Daisy who couldn't have been more pleasant and professional.

Opens 6am but not all open
Classes too full snd can't get on them . Centre swim and gym opens at 6am but cleaners in pool area with machines. Should be done at night when closes. It's noisy and disruptive can't use sauna rooms as being cleaned . If open at 6 Should be usable. No hot drinks machines anywhere. Cafe opens at 9am ! Bizarre for working people who need a drink before work.

Great quality and tailored ski lessons - would recommend!
We've had two private ski lessons on the dry slope with Elliot and he's been great at making me and my two children get the basics and feel confident. We're now ready for blue runs! Jess, the ski manager, has been super helpful getting everything booked in and set up for us. Overall a hugely positive experience and I'm looking forward to going back tomorrow for some recreational skiing now I'm ready!

Great party venue for kids
Sam, our party host was great. There was nothing to small that he wouldn't do to accommodate us.
Party room and trampoline park was a tad too chilly for spectators, but perfect for kids.

Trampolining party
Thanks to the team for making the party so easy for the parents and enjoyable for the kids! We had use of the room for the whole time of the party (so could leave all shoes and party food in the room during the jumping session), and the ability to stream your own music over the speakers was a nice touch. The onsite staff were very attentive and responsive. Thanks!

Fantastic service from the trampoline party team. The room was clear and ready when we arrived, complete with a personalised birthday screen showing on the TV in the room. We were able to easily connect to the speaker in the room to play our music and the staff were really helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Great Private Ski lessons
Had private ski lessons with Matt here last year. Matt was absolutely excellent with my boys (age 7) and they totally loved coming. He really knew how to engage with them and keep them going when they were scared or lacked confidence.
