Serious Concerns About Membership System and Customer Service
I’ve had a very disappointing experience with the Better Gym membership system and app. I hold an adult membership and recently purchased a junior membership for my son. Shockingly, the system allows an adult to purchase a junior membership without any age validation. Only afterward—when trying to book sessions/induction—does it state that the member must be 17 or under.
As a result, I’m now stuck with a junior membership that I cannot use. Despite multiple calls and emails, the customer care team has been unhelpful and repetitive, offering no resolution. It feels as though my money has simply been taken without providing the service promised.
This has been a very poor experience and reflects extremely unprofessional service. I hope this issue is taken seriously and resolved promptly.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re very sorry to hear about the frustration this has caused!
Please note that our Junior Membership explicitly states that you have to be Under 18.
This information is available to see before you purchase the agreement.
That means that anyone above this age is unable to use the Membership to book Junior activities, and also means that anyone registered as an adult is unable to utilise this Membership.
If you provide your Membership Number, we're happy to move the Membership to another account, and register this in your son's name.
We also apologise if you feel like you haven't received help from our customer service agents when you've contacted us, as we want our customers to have positive experiences with us.

Ms. Daiga's Pilates and Yoga is addictive :)
I joined this gym but did not have much hope, as my health was deteriorating fast.
I found Pilates classes with Ms. Daiga. Oh my gosh.
Just a few months later, I feel healthy!!!
I changed my diet and addressed a few health issues as well. Encouraged by achievements during sessions.
This woman is unbelievable. She cares.
Checks everybody to ensure we do exercise the right way, and provides many alternatives for those who cannot do it correctly.
When I had an injured knee, she advised me on how I could help myself by incorporating a few specific foods into my diet.
When I told her that I have a TMJ disorder, she started classes with facial exercises (face yoga) to stretch my impacted muscles.
Today, we had an explanation about balancing chakras.
Her knowledge and skills are not from this World.
I love attending her Pilates and Yoga classes. I can not believe I said that I love exercise. I do now!

Very friendly gym
Very friendly gym. The classes and equipment is good.
The toilets could be improved and the cleanliness of the room where all the classes are held could improve.
Maybe introduce some air fresheners.

The gym should have multiple classes on some days to enable all members to attend.

My gym is very close to work, so is very convenient. The gym is quite small but had a limited entry so it hasn't been particularly busy when I have attended. Excellent changing facilities but I must say, the place needs to be deep cleaned... very smelly.

Please can you contact the pinner branch and not revert us to doing your leg work on trust pilot and ensure your staff setup the cycles for spinning classes. We pay membership to ensure this is taken care of as opposed elderly having to move a heavy cycle for the class this is unacceptable considering staff are just flirting around.
