Stifling environment in the gym

Stifling environment in the gym, throughout summer the AC has not been working making it practically impossible to train properly, then again one warmer summer day two days ago and back to the same muggy unbearable environment. Just one or two fans working, nothing else. Atrocious.

Not very welcoming

Not very welcoming; centre has a 'functional' vibe. Reception staff need further training, they have difficulty dealing with queries. Signposting could be clearer; e.g. how to obtain locker tokens. For those of us who are short-sighted, lockers at pool have numbers too small to see once glasses removed. Trainer very good, however.

We're sorry to hear that aspects of your visit did not feel as welcoming as they should have. We appreciate your comments regarding the reception experience, signage within the centre, and the process for obtaining locker tokens. We also understand how difficult it can be to identify locker numbers when visual accessibility has not been fully considered, and we appreciate you highlighting this concern.
