Great experience
Great experience. The place is nice a clean with good facilities. Changing area is nice with lockers. Little cafe area does nice teas and coffee. Pool is clean and warm.

My daughter with additional needs…
My daughter with additional needs really loves to swim here , as did the rest of her family, special time together having fun in the water. This is so important to us she loves being in the water and is her happiest, helps with her muscles and relaxation.
We come every Sunday evening and it’s quality family time.

SEND swim session- what a fantastic…
SEND swim session- what a fantastic safe and fun swim. The refurbishment was well worth it, great to enjoy the waves and flumes in warm water. The Special Needs club are so welcoming and accepting, it is a relaxing experience to enjoy as a carer as well as for my family. A bargain for some quality time together!
B (aged 8) says, “it’s the best swimming pool I’ve ever been to!”

Well worth a visit
First visit here, having travelled 50 minutes to get there. It was just under £25 for the three of us, for 90 minutes, and to be fair there isn't much you can do with the kids for similar money nowadays. Boys enjoyed the two slides, lazy river and wave machine.
Changing rooms were clean and a lady was constantly cleaning the area whilst we were there. We stopped to have some food in the cafe afterwards before travelling back, which was good for the money.
The only negatives were the outside looked tired and there's not a massive amount of variety once you've been down the slides a few times.
Appreciate people may be comparing the place to what it used to be like, however as a first time visitor, we would visit again if we're in the area.

So much ‘Better’
This is the first time we’ve been since Better took over and it is so much, well ‘better’.
It was half term and although busy it wasn’t too crowded. The changing rooms were clean, the pool, flumes, bubble pool were all great fun. The showers were lovely and hot and we were so pleased that the cafe was back open.
All the staff were really friendly and welcoming.
Only thing to note is that the flumes are now for ages 8 and over.
