Imposible to log in on the app. Showed up to my gym class and still got charged a 3£ fee for missing it , and there's no way to argue it as the email is from a no-reply address.
AMENDING:
This is was two weeks ago and i have spoken to four members of staff who all promises to help and still every time I enter into the gym i have to explain the situation to staff so they'll let me in. Additionally, a member of staff today was deeply unprofessional and after I explained that it was my fourth time raising this issue , loudly vented to her coworkers about my 'passive aggression '. Rude and zero understanding to how frustrating it is to raise an issue multiple times and not have it amended.

Just a follow up from the brilliant service from Maura and Daniel we have now encountered ANOTHER truly fantastic staff member in Claire / Clare on the front desk .
WE had managed to mess up our memberships couldn’t get access through the gate … in a flash without any fuss it was sorted much to the relief of our 16 year old who doesn’t like fuss 😂 .
Having the right people front of house is critical and when they are top notch it makes everything easier for customers

Fantastic Swimming Lessons for Children!
I enrolled my children for swimming lessons at Better Leisure Gym, and it has been a wonderful experience. Seeing their confidence and skills grow each week has been truly rewarding, and they absolutely love their lessons. The instructors are kind, patient, and very supportive. Thank you for creating such a positive environment for young swimmers. I would highly recommend it to any parent.

Learning to swim as an adult
Staff are friendly and experienced at Olympia. They noticed that I am a quick learner and have moved me on to new techniques quickly. They are good at keeping an eye on new swimmers which makes me feel safe. The facilities are clean with lots of changing rooms. The 6.15pm slot is quieter which I prefer as a new learner. The pool is a cooler temperature than I would like but manageable in warmer months. Lots of parking and easy to get to. Would recommend.

not a spa experience
Olympia spa experience is not a spa experience I will repeat. Its constant noise, other people are really not mindful of others trying to relax. Disappointed.

Efficient service
I had an issue with the Better App and emailed the customer support team to raise my concern. My email was answered promptly and I was extremely satisfied with the level of communication I received and the efficient way my concern was resolved. A very good experience

The swim in the spa was great Not…
The swim in the spa was great Not being to the spa since before I locked down I used to go a lot before when it first opened. The guy on reception welcomed me in or told me they had no robes would I be happy with just a towel?.that's fine . The shower showers were clean and tidy but two missing shower heads and there was no soap in 's apartment one . When you paying that little bit extra you expect the basics. Would not stop me from coming back but just pointing it out. Then I come on Thursday and there's still no soap in the dispensers. But I did get a robe this time

The Irish language signs in the leisure…
The Irish language signs in the leisure centre is a disgrace, the olympia is in a protestant area not a republican area, all the money that was spent putting the republican irish languages signs up would have been spent in fixing the toilets that won't flush, cleaners to help clean the place , hand dryers that don't work ect ect
