My grandson didn’t get a chance to book any activities so I can’t say anything about that. However I can say the staff was very helpful in processing the refund I requested quickly. Thanks Steve

We are disappointed to hear that your grandson did not get to book any activities at the centre he joined. Was this due to difficulties or did you just change your mind about the membership? We would love to be able to assist you further if your grandson still wishes to be a member. We are however, happy to hear that your refund was processed quickly and efficiently once you requested the cancellation of your grandson's membership.
