Waited 9 days for product, chased when I realised I had not received it. Had not been sent. Advisable to call once you have placed an order & obtained a tracking number.

Cream Chair with Footstool
Very impressed with speed of delivery. Unfortunately the first chair had a rip in it so called the CS and they sorted it out immediately with no hassel. Arranged a replacement really quickly. The only thing i would say is the instructions for assembling the chair could be clearer. Very happy otherwise product seems good quality for the price.

I recently purchased a fold up wheel…
I recently purchased a fold up wheel chair however after the second time in use one of the front wheels broke I contacted Lloyd's who was very help full and sorry for the break on the wheel I was sent a new chair I am indeed very impressed by the help and friendly help I received with my wife in hospital and myself disabled without the chair I would not have been able to visit my wife so well done to all o cornerned at Lloyd's A big thank you

Goodish but beware of limitations
Good quick service but having used the Go Pride V2 I have discovered it is only useful in the home or shopping centres at best as the front wheels really struggle with any dropped kerb edge over a couple of inches high maximum, the parts that separate are very heavy on there own and needs a fit person to lift and join together and lastly the arms move loosely 3-4 inches sideways and back again when slotted into the part that connects to the chair which means I have had to place hard wedges into the metal arms parts to stop them moving so badly and affecting the steering of the wheelchair.

Good price, poor delivery!
Excellent price on mobility scooter, but use an atrocious delivery service via TNT. Betterlife first of all caused the problem by not sending me an email saying when it had been depatched, with a delivery date like the invoice said they would. TNT tried to deliver it unexpectedly, I was in, but didn't hear them knock, and am disabled so couldn't get to the door immediately even if I did hear them. I called TNT to see if they'd come back as only missed him by 10 minutes. They came again that afternoon and again never heard them, even though someone was in. TNT support staff very helpful, but depot staff not. Eventually redelivered the next day.
All this could have been avoided if Betterlife sent notification of when to expect the item, as their first email says, and used a decent delivery service such as DPD that allows you to see where the van is in real time.

We do use DPD for some of our deliveries, however many of our larger items are sent with TNT due to the size and weight of the products, unfortunately they don't offer live location updates. Will be my first call for mobility "stuff"
This review would have had 5 stars as the service we received was prompt and incredibly efficient. The downside is that the item had a fault when it arrived. As it was purchased as a necessity for my elderly Father who is unstable it was essential it was safe for use.
What I must add however is that as soon as Betterlife were aware of a problem, they could not have been more helpful and have gone to great lengths to ensure everything was put right with as little discomfort as possible to my Dad. Thank you
