The experience was great as there is everything on the site you need ..I won a pretty good amount, and when I withdrew ,it was in my bank account within a couple of hours, and also what's very helpful is all the tools they have for you not to just keep gambling, would definitely recommend..cheers Peter

My withdrawal of £90 was received within 4 hours, won £1000 at casino tho still waiting for it its been more than 9 hours i will let you guys know how it goes.. I’ll come back and update everyone..
So far experience with Bet Uk app was pretty decent. Ive tried both sports bet and casino.. would be nice if they make specials odds and betbuilder odds on sports especially on football matches.. i might switch on this app and recommend it to my friends who plays sports betting and casino online once i received my withdrawal today without any issues.

i had account for a while used it for some ante post bet n horses and sometimes on day of race no football betting or casino and slots,never had problem....
then i started to place multi bets on 2026 cheltenham and then had major problems all i wanted was trebles,four folds,five folds,six folds and a acc
intotal 7 horses the bets are between 80p and acc was £1 every time i tried it asked to reduce stake ok i thought if all won bet be £80,000 i can reduce then asked again reduce stake i thought get rid of big price horse and make it 6 horses and again cannot place bet i used the help portal and see what is going on i was told after 5 mins my account just had a restiction placed on it that was first i was told and from now on all sports bets will be restricted?/ BUT this is the best bit i can PLACE AS MUCH AS I WANT ON CASINO AND SLOTS not very responcible in my view i can lose as much as i want on rigged games but i cannot bet on horses that might not run and the racing is in 4 months time
THIS COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE COMPANY AND SHOULD LOSE IT'S LICENCE TO OPERATE
These companies are run by robots,when a issue comes up what do thay say it is in our TERMS AND CONDITIONS but this is the problem as a single punter if we do not AGREE with terms we be refused an account,so what rule did i break the one if my horse bet came in i win £80000 ? i tried to place a bet 3-4 times or i am not allowed to place bets on a thurday i cannot see what rule i broke unless your company which is gambling are just GUTLESS AND PANTIE WETTERS IF THE BET WON......

I rated 3 stars as it’s a good app but every other gambling site I have been on when you play reel king and it drops 5 reels every other site pays £200 so I was very very disappointed when I got 5 reels and it payed me £36 specially with the amount of money I deposited as well.

Frustrating Experience – Still Waiting for My Payout
I deposited £200 and was lucky enough to win £600. As soon as I requested a withdrawal, my account was suddenly blocked for a “safer gambling review.”
I was asked to send in documents, which I did immediately, but since then it’s been the same frustrating cycle. They keep asking for more and more documents, and every time I send what they request, I just get the same automated email again asking for the same things. It feels like they’re deliberately dragging the process out.
It’s now been over three weeks and I’m still waiting for my winnings. They were quick enough to take my money, but paying out seems to be a completely different story.
Honestly, I’ve never had such a stressful experience with a gaming site.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, been a customer for a while and to be honest site is really clunky but I've experienced worse. However customer service is shocking I would avoid and keep to the professional sites like PP and Bet 365. I have just closed my account after spending 2 hours verifying card and bank statements with systems that don't work... Even though I have been a customer for months avoid!!!
