Positive first impression of BetUK
My intial impressions of BetUK are very positive. Creating the account was very simple, and the welcome offer is generous which I have taken advantage of.
The withdrawal process is also relatively quick and I quite like the layout of the website.

Freezes your account without telling you why. When you ask they tell you to provide the same ID you provided to them last year. They won’t let you withdraw until you provide ID

Terrible app
Terrible app! You set a daily deposit limit and it doesn’t reset its self so you cannot deposit as everyday you have reached the limit! The support link is automated so it just asks you the same questions, an absolute pointless exercise
I then get an email saying they want more information about the review. We’ll enable the app to let me use my deposit limits so I can use the app for a start, as already explained!

Totally disgusting behaviour
Totally disgusting behaviour! I have spent 2 months verifying my account. ID proof of address back and front of my debit card but because I used a chase debit card that doesn’t have the card number displayed on it they will not accept the photo of it. Chase bank do not display your card no on the actual card so there is nothing I can do but Betuk know this and still won’t allow me to withdraw my money. Very convenient for another scam bookie that likes to make excuses for paying you out.

I very rarely use this site as I receive no encouragement from Bet UK to do so. Other sites I have an account with frequently make offers (Free bets, spins and special odds etc. The best sites are paddypower & skybet).
Your other site 'Bet MGM' is a slight improvement on yours, but not much

This company has allowed someone to use my bank account details and i have had hundreds taken when i have not used this site at all! i’m now down hundreds which i can’t get back!
