BHP Law were really good during the purchase, although there were a few minor issues during my purchase and after... But its the way they dealt with it that makes me leave this 5 star review.

Firstly, my appointed solicitor left during the purchase so my point of contact changed. This was handled professionally.
Secondly, a year after the completion of the sale, I noted an error on my deeds where some old charges relating to the previous owner were still on my deeds. I contacted BHP and they quickly sorted it and kept me informed.

I completely understand that issues happen, but its the way they dealt with them which I was very impressed by.

Cheryl Whyte represented me for the enforcement of an existing Child Arrangements Order and was the only reason for choosing BHP Law. This was because a decade ago, she helped me through 2 years of complex private family law proceedings to obtain the same Child Arrangements Order I wanted to enforce. I was surprised by the depth of Cheryl's recollection of decade-old proceedings, which she used to provide insights during my current case.

Cheryl is a highly experienced Senior Associate at BHP Law and always communicates in a friendly language that makes sense. Throughout my challenging times, I could always turn to Cheryl for assistance. She approached my concerns with empathy, gaining a true understanding of my situation before offering advice on the best course of action. Cheryl also went above and beyond, ensuring her colleagues were briefed on my situation so they could provide support in her absence.

Regrettably, the desired outcome wasn't achieved, but this was in no way a reflection of Cheryl's legal representation.
