I used BHP Law for purchasing a new home and they were absolutely fantastic. Willing to guide me through the process with it being my first home purchase and I can highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

BHP seemed to be very well reviewed !!! although there are cheaper alternatives, they were very upfront about pricing & the reasons why the company charge a little bit more .

Bhp law was a big mistake for me.
Bhp law was a big mistake for me.. Leanne walker is rude extremely unhelpful, great at loosing paperwork then taking forever to let you know what's going on.. I'm sure the rest of the team are great but ill certainly be going elsewhere

I cannot begin to put into words my sincere gratitude to Fiona Addison (Conveyancing Executive) and the team at BHP Law, Tynemouth. They guided me through my property sale with sound advice, total professionalism and buckets of good humour!

5* Service
This is the second time I have used BHP Law, I used them when buying my first property and I had a great experience, so without hesitation I decided to use them whilst selling, and again I was extremely happy with the service I received.
I need to specifically mention and praise Fiona Addison, I had a million questions as this is not an area I am knowledgeable about, and every time I had any queries or concerns, whether it be by phone or email, Fiona always greeted me with a cheery chat or emails full of information which always answered everything I was unsure about and she made the whole process run smoothly and efficiently.
There are always bumps in the road when buying/selling a property, but with the help and organisation from Fiona, none of these issues where from our side, we had everything in order at an early stage of the sale process and this always kept me reassured.
So, Thank you, Fiona, you were amazing! I look forward to using BHP Law in the future.

I find your solicitors to be unnecessarily threatening, rude and aggresive. I hope they will learn that you can often achieve more than you set out to by being kind and polite.
