Best tyre prices anywhere with the most reasonable cost for fitting which was only £15 for a loose wheel. The guys are so helpful know their stuff and give genuine advice if required. On line or in person these are the guys to go to.

JTS heavy duty chain breaker purchased as advertised on their site. The one that arrived looked nothing like the one advertised, the drive pin was stainless not black and the body only had one central hole with no side indents to locate the rear pins,no AorB settings also.
I was reassured all was ok, albeit it was shared that it was a new supplier,also agreed that they needed to change their advertising as it was misleading.advertising.I politely asked for
info on use, a what's app link was
promised imminently. No response all
day from 11am, following day all day, no response, I rang at about 3pm and was promised return contact after Gary had finished his call, 4.40 pm, I ring again,helpful lady stated id be re
contacted by Gary, the chap I spoke to
yesterday and who was to ring me back.Return call after approx. 20 mims.
Gary did listen and did send a how to what's app video, the link wouldn't open so manually typed it in,video was 14 years old,and yes you've guessed it,showed the advertised chain splitter,not the one I had.
Re rang Gary,initially helpful but stated that the tool was fit for purpose,I disagreed and asked again for instructions,he has none,only the video of 14 years ago,I stated that I would return the item,no problem he states , he will not pay return postage as goods not damaged or defective,which I agreed with,however I stated,goods not as advertised, this is where his attitude changed,he became dismissive,patronising and rude,I asked why I didn't have return contact yesterday,he stated that I had,his inference being today. I asked to speak with a mechanic to understand the tool,I am not shy on a spanner and do all my own work on my 1190 r, I'm not however willing to lose an OEM chain because of this tool. Gary stated,I am the mechanic,really.
I then asked to speak with a manager,I am the manager says he.
Long story short this tool will be returned,recorded and signed for at my expense,trading standards spoken to this pm,pictures of original advert shared,pictures of unit sent also shared,they have agreed I have a case and will support me.
Gary,you have an opportunity to put this right for me by way of postage,if you fail to do this my next step will be small claims court with TS support,which I will initiate
I look forward to a constructive response.
My honest advice folks is steer well clear of this company,I'm a genuine person who paid almost £50 for a tool that was supplied not as advertised which they admitted and identified,the manager and mechanic could not provide instructions for the supplied tool other than the 14 year old homemade video which shows the original tool.
My honest feeling is that this item is a cheap Chinese import,I've found the exact same one for sale for £15 elsewhere,delivered

Fantastic service and fast delivery

I ordered a Scottoiler V System and upon opening it found i important piece missing from the box. The box was not properly secure when received it and could of been tampered with.

I then ray this company and informed them. They said they send the missing piece in the post. It's been 3 days and still no item in post, I ordered the missing piece through Superbike and had it in one day. Feel annoyed and spent about another £15 between petrol and price of the item.

Totally let down by company. Original order not processed correctly. Then failed by their delivery company. Nearly 2 weeks, no tyres .
Lost free gift when order cancelled through no fault of mine. Tried to email but had no verification image??

Bikespeed fitted bridgestone road 6 tyres to both of our bikes while we went for a cup of tea to the garden centre across the road. They were all super friendly, it was an excellent service and fantastic price. Well worth the travelling to get it done here

Had motorbike tyres fitted improperly.air leaking from rim on first ride day after fitting dangerously low 8psi .phoned up was asked to bring bike in .got their and was told didn't know you were bringing whole bike in even though that's what was said on phone so wasted journey in pissing rain on a dodgy tyre . Wouldn't recommend .things happen but main thing mechanics attitude is **** when it's his fuckup

to fix the pish job your mechanic done went to garage on way home then they sorted the job properly. Reason I never left the bike as you said maybe today or Tuesday and I wasn't leaving it as clearly didn't have the room as several customers bikes were sitting out in the rain uncovered and don't fancy my bike being rusted And my partner spoke to your mechanic with the attitude issue on the phone while I was riding home as I say simple job not done properly

I have been buying various parts from BikeSpeed for some time never realising they were only 30 minutes from my house. I then found out they have a workshop too and my Aprilia Falco has just come back from them, it is superb! New tyres, new chain, new sprockets (downsized by one tooth front), full service including oil, filter and air filter, new fork seals and general safety check. Chrichton Campbell loves his bikes and that's the type of guy you want working on your motorbike. I have no hesitation in recommending Bikespeeduk for parts and certainly no hesitation in recommending the workshop. I am delighted with my bike, delighted with the service and delighted with the price, top marks and I wish the team every success for the future.

P.S. the train is a 15 minute walk and gets you into Edinburgh in 10 minutes so dropping the bike off and collection is quite literally a walk in the park.

To be honest, when i bought a tyre from these guys and later started to read reviews (my bad😅) i was in doubt if everything will go smoothly, as I haven’t had any confirmation of my order, only the receipt from PayPal. But everything is amazing with them - everything was explained me after call - so big thumb up for them, best price for my desired tyre I’ve found online, 2 days delivery from Scotland to UK
Will definitely check them first next time, before looking anywhere else

Bought two new tyres and were delivered super fast, I did not require them in the end and sent them back for refund. This was all carried out with 0% stress and refund was made an hour after the delivery was accepted back. I just wish all companies could operate like this. Purchased some oil from this store and when it arrived it had burst in packaging....When I opened it went all over my kitchen floor. Not there fault but it was how it was dealt with all I wanted was what I purchased un damaged. They wanted so many photographs and went on for hours with no apologies or how they will sort...in the end it took me to suggest that send my top ups to what I lost!!!! Then I got sent different oil and they will defend but I’m not happy and after thinking about it when I cleaned up oil I used brake fluid to clean bottle so I do not know wether it have contaminated the oil...so now gone and bought more from Opie Oils and has cost me over £100 for 4 litres of oil...disgusting service and to be honest they should not be selling Mail order if they cannot deal with the issues. I will post this everywhere as I’m so annoyed. Just read reply and that is an incorrect statement...I couldn’t upload the photographs through Amazon as it would allow me too. So how do you expect me to clean up oil from my kitchen work tops and floor? You should of replaced what I ordered and I shouldn’t have had to prompt you too do this!!! Awful service

First found out about bikespeed at the 2020 MCN motorcycle show in London, Ordered about 3 times from them since and they are usually always cheaper than even ebay and Amazon. Delivery is usually quick, very impressed! Recommended to several friends who ride bikes!

Fidandomi della dicitura, valutando che per un set completo di pastiglie anteriori 704HS & 705HS (coppia sinistra & coppia destra) il prezzo fosse interessante, ho acquistato 2 set anteriori (uno di ricambio per interventi futuri) ed una coppia di pastiglie posteriori ("SBS Rear Sintered Brake Pads - 657LS").
Al momento del pagamento, in accordo con quanto sopra elencato e le quantità inserite nel carrello, la sintesi dell'ordine indicava:

- 2 x SBS Sintered Brake Pad Full Front Set - 704HS & 705HS = £59.96;
- 1 x SBS Rear Sintered Brake Pads - 657LS = £19.00;
- Shipping Charge = £17.95;
TOTAL = £96.91

Ma ricevuta la merce, una decina di giorni più tardi, ecco l'amara sorpresa: nella confezione era presente un solo set di pastiglie anteriori (704HS & 705HS) ed una coppia di pastiglie posteriori 657LS.
Inizialmente ho pensato ad una dimenticanza nell'inserire il materiale nel pacco, poi ho trovato la fattura sul fondo del pacco, nella quale era indicato:

- 1 x SBS Sintered Brake Pad Full Front Set - 704HS & 705HS = £59.96;
- 1 x SBS Rear Sintered Brake Pads - 657LS = £19.00;
- Shipping Charge = £17.95;
TOTAL = £96.91

Dunque, nessun errore nell'inserimento del materiale ma semplicemente due prezzi completamente diversi fra l'annuncio sul web e quello effettivamente applicato al momento della consegna del materiale.
Ovviamente, contattato via email, il venditore ha negato che ci potessero essere errori, affermando che il prezzo pagato era lo stesso indicato al momento dell'acquisto.
Inutile dire che non c'è stato verso di ottenere la merce mancante o avere un rimborso parziale, ma neanche di avere un rimborso completo previa restituzione della merce ricevuta.
Quest'ultima soluzione (restituzione della merce con rimborso) è stata alla fine ottenuta forzatamente tramite reclamo PayPal e denuncia per frode presso i carabinieri della mia zona.
Vi invito ad andare sul sito del venditore e provare ad acquistare lo stesso materiale, per constatare la veridicità di ciò che ho raccontato.
Venditore da evitare come la peste!
