This company was very helpful in changing the bike on my insurance because the insurers wanted silly money to make the change. Their customer service agent found me a policy which with the refund gave me a years insurance on my new bike for a very good price.

Didn't need to speak to the staff this time,just straightforward renewal. If you do need anything explaining however they are good.

Friendly and personal way of dealing with my renewal.

It’s nice to have a single policy for 5 bikes however I cannot do that any more for some reason I need 3. I also have a car and van with them. Hoping next year it will be easier.

Had a great experience, the staff were fantastic helped me save money on the policy that I took out, exceptional service from start to finish.

It was quick and easy. However the price online was different to the one I had through the call that came after and supposedly all the extras I clicked online wasn’t the actual price being presented. It should be clearer but I was in a rush so just agreed to pay £100 more.
