After setting up an account the payment and documentation for no claims updates were straightforward to arrange and the communication was good. The agent was clear polite and confident and the price was in line with what I wanted to pay.

Phone call was excellent. But tried 3 times to do online and it kept telling me my information was incorrect which it wasnt. But cant stress enough how good the lady on the desk was
