I have been a BioCare customer for several years. I became plant-based a few years ago, and their supplements have been invaluable in supporting both my diet and my family’s needs.
I prefer to use natural alternatives wherever possible, but when I feel I need additional support, BioCare is always my first choice. I have tried cheaper, more popular brands, but unfortunately, they have never matched the quality or effectiveness of BioCare’s products.

I have very high cholesterol (LDL) and I bought Biocare's Plant Sterols in the hope of reducing my numbers. My LDL went from 7.0 to 5.8 in 6 months (I also ate nuts and drank more water too!). My consultant didn't understand the reduction and almost said it wasn't possible as I have inherited high cholesterol. I explained that during that period I had taken the plant sterols.... I think they work well (they did for me!). Thank you Biocare..
