BD Project: BitDials | BitCars | BitSky Opiniones

I had my doubts at first, to pay such a high amount in BTC to a company I didn’t heard of made me nervous. But I wanted this watch so bad that I kept convincing myself that BitDials is legit. I contacted them as the watch I was looking for was „on request“ and I couldn’t proceed with the purchase.
The team was very responsive and I started to get a good feeling. After my purchase they had the watch ready to ship within 3 days what was a lot faster than they quoted. The watch was very safely packed including the invoice. I was so convinced and satisfied with the watch and process that I ordered my third watch from them. My new Patek is just brilliant and the service was just the same again. Thank you BitDials your team does an awesome job! I highly recommend!

Everything perfect from first contact. The watch I have chosen was sold out in all the local jewelers but with Bitdials it's arrived in few days. I'm very satisfied about their service.

Sehr gute Kommunikation, alles super gelaufen - empfehlenswert.

Great service, fast delivery, will be using Bitdials again 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

The best of the best. 100% Pro, honest and calm dealer i know.
They sent me extra free strap for Daytona because of my small wrist.
I can recommend You this Guys! 100% pro!

This was my first purchase with BitDials and it was an absolutely positive experience. With a high value purchase from a company I had not previously used, naturally I had some moments of uncertainty. But their support staff did more to soothe my concerns than any business I've ever dealt with before, and by my own admission I'm quite an anxious person. So I commend BitDials for offering truly 5 star support.

The BitDials team were very responsive to my questions all the way through my purchase. Their staff were professional and polite in every correspondence. I ordered something which wasn't in stock so I had to wait a few days. But BitDials made this wait as comfortable as was possible.

The product is exactly as described, and in fact even more amazing than can be conveyed through images and videos. It's a new 2017 Rolex and so of course it's perfect in every way.

I trust this company and would recommend their services, and I'll likely be using them again.

Perfect, direct sended.
Beautiful premium custom service.
Thanks, i Will order again soon...

I have been really impressed. I have always been slightly worried about committing bitcoin payments to an online seller's account but I need not have worried in this case. The whole process has been really smooth and with great service from BitDials - even to the point of a phone call from Julia to explain a one day delay over the weekend. Emails answered promptly (over a weekend too). Overall - Excellent service.

Fast shipping, great product, superb communication.

Excellent support throughout the whole purchasing process. Real professionals, who have passion for fine timepieces. Highly recommended!

Customer service was great in communicating with me and getting my watch to me speedily, it arrived in perfect condition with the box and papers (dealers warranty) exactly as expected. Will purchase again in the future.

service could really not be better
to say I'm very pleased would be an understatement.

Could get a rare piece. Great service.

Andre and his crew are one of the best on the market of Rolex's (and other brands). Bought many watches from him and the support is uttermost personal.

Exceptional service. The watch arrived within 24 hours of purchase. Contact and response with everyone was brilliant and I wouldn't hesitate to use again, as i am planning to :)

perfect service, perfect watch!
