Habe mir eine Blanco Küchenarmatur gekauft und einbauen lassen. Habe dann an Blanco geschrieben, weil es neben dem eigentlichen Wasserstrahl raus getropft hat. Sollte noch ein Foto und eine Kopie der Rechnung schicken. Innerhalb von drei Tagen hatte ich dann einen neuen Brausekopf erhalten. Jetzt funktioniert alles top. Super Service. Herzlichen Dank.

We have had two Blanco chrome taps. The first corroded and looked very unsightly and had to be replaced after six years which we thought was poor, the second only lasted four years before noticeably corroding. We shall replace the tap but certainly NOT with Blanco. Gebranntes Kind scheut das Feuer!

Recently had a new kitchen put in. A stainless Blanco Sink was purchased. After very little use & a short time in the kitchen it looks terrible. They say it’s normal for it to look like a scouring pad has been taken to it.

If you want a good sink do not buy one from these guys…..

Got a 1000 eur kitchen tap from Blanco, the electronic broke after 8 months of usage, so no drinking water part working now. Customer service doesn’t reply.

I spent €2000 to purchase their Evol Pro-S and now am not able to use it because they will not sell me the replacement filters. I live in Portugal which last I checked is the EU and there is no place in the country where I can buy replacements. I have spent hundreds of € trying what look to be compatible items only to find they do not fit. Their Customer support could not care less all they do is give me part numbers to search online for

Für das Ersatzteil einer normale 2,5 mm Schraube für Armaturenhebel verlangt Blanco (inclusive. Versand) unglaubliche € 17,21! Kundenservice sieht m. E. anders aus.

Mülleimeraufnahme gebrochen: dann bestelle ich die Aufnahme eben nach, dachte ich. Das benötigte Teil gibt es nicht nachzukaufen! Alle anderen Teile gibt es nachzukaufen, nur eben das „Sollbruchstück“ nicht. Man muss das komplette Mülleimersystem nachkaufen. Oder nimmt eben einen anderen Hersteller.
Meine Retoure wurde 3 Wochen nicht bearbeitet, Kundenservice inkompetent und dann folgen in den 3 Wochen 2 Mahnungen. Unprofessionell.

Ordered and received Blanco composite sink. Nice product, but customer service non-existent. I should have seen the first red flag when applying for the special offer of sink accessories where the only option given to fill in my title was Mrs or Mr.....I am neither!
I have not received the free items as promised by the show room flyer. My advice is go elsewhere for your kitchen fittings. Customer service not a priority. They don't care about your kitchen.

LAVELLI SILGRANIT BLANCO PESSIMA QUALITA'
ho acquistato una cucina con il lavello in Silgranit Blancosona il 7 dicembre 2022 dopo 15 giorni è già pieno di macchie, non si possono appoggiare sopra pentole calde che rimane l'alone bianco nella verniciatura, manomale che era garantito per le alte temperature, sul sito è scritto che puoi appoggiarci le pentole che escono dal forno!!!
Sicuramente fra un anno sarà da buttare, ma questi sanno a cosa serve un lavello in cucina ?
Oltretutto ho fatto presente varie volte il problema al servizio clienti e non sono stata neanche considerata.
Pessima azienda vende prodotti scadenti e nessun tipo di assistenza post vendita anche se sul sito sembra che ci sia... Buffoni...

Ordered a cartridge for my leaking tap. Still waiting some 2 weeks later. Even the receipt arrived in the post, but no cartridge. Have sent email and left voicemails, but get no call back. Terrible service. Won't use again.

Really not surprised to see how poor your reviews are overall. Fitted a Blanco "Arti" tap when we installed our new kitchen in 2019; was dismayed to have to replace the cold cartridge in 2021 and now find that the hot side is dripping. The cartridges you use are obviously pure rubbish.

Schnellste Kundenservice, den ich bisher erlebt habe: auf email für ein Ersatzteil wurde sofort geantwortet, das Ersatzteil war am nächsten Tag in meiner Post. Unglaublich.

Trotz Reklamation kein Ersatz durch die Fa.Blanco
So geht man nicht mit den Kunden um
Wir gehen sorgfältig mit unseren Geräten um
Wenn wir also ein neues Spülbecken,sprich 500 Euro,installieren,kann es sein, in einem halben Jahr ist sie wieder defekt
Unser Spülbecken davor in der alten Küche hat 15 Jahre gehalten!!!!

No replies when I wrote to blanco.com 3 times to inquire about bad coloring clipping off Mida Ancthracite Sink Mixer. They totally ignored it. Local reseller brushes it off as wear and tear (I’m very careful with granite sinks). The mixer handle will fall off if I turn the handle too wide. Pleon 9 anchracite sink also in bad condition with visible clipping too. We don’t cook often, probably less than 5 times a year and only uses the sink for very light washing. The water spouting is good but the exterior paint quality is worse than no-brand China brand taps. Not worth to splurge at all. Probably better with the stainless steels ones.

J ai acheté un mitigeur Mida, fortement proposé mar mon cuisiniste car ce n est las ma marque
Je n ai eu que des problèmes de fuites, j ai du calcaire partout et je n imaginais mas que cela venait du robinet
Donc j ai contacté le SAV qui m a fait une fleur, ils m ont envoyé des joint et u e cartouche, l artisan demande 80 euros pour le changer
En démontant le robinet, la fuite venait d un trou sur le col de cygne et en essayant d essuyer pour colmater la fuite, je me suis retrouvée avec le col de cygne dans la main, c est ronge par la rouolle au bout de 4 ans
D après le SAV c est normal et la mersonne que j ak eu refuse de faire remonter le problème
J ai expliqué que lorsque l on achète une excellente marque c est pour que cela fasse un peu plus que 4 ans. Un robinet vit 30 ans au moins sans problème
Le SAV est nul et il n y a aucun respect du client
N achetez jamais cette marque
Je veux renvoyer le robinet lour analyse .ais cela ne l interesse pas.....

Discolour on our Blanco siligranate sink.
Nothing takes off the discolour which came after 2 years use. Nothing - not even Blancos own (expensive) product "Blanco Active" - removes the stain.
The company says there is nothing to do but will not take redponsibility. I am so disappointed.

The tap itself is great BUT.... they are a nightmare to fit, like others have mentioned; the plumber had to get a special EU to Uk connector to allow it to be fitted... and the worst thing is he actually called up Blanco on their customer support line to ask what connecter he needed and they replied with 'sorry I don't know' (they don't know what connectors their own taps need)!! Wow .... so to Branco, if you sell Taps in the UK, At least sell them with the proper UK adapter (and train your staff properly)
