Makeup Artist A No Show
Had a booking for a makeup artist today at 2pm as I wanted to look glam for a birthday dinner later.
Unfortunately the makeup artist was a no show!!! I checked the app 1.30pm still was fine but when I checked 2:15pm, the makeup artist was unassigned and my order pending!!
So now I need to make other arrangements for my makeup…not a clue what to do now!
Blow Ltd also have no one on the phones just a voice message saying to email! Not great for urgent queries!
I would not recommend this company for any important events like weddings, birthday celebrations, christenings, well anything is this is how they operate!!
I was provided with a voucher as compensation but why would I use this company again?

I booked a make up artist for my recent…
I booked a make up artist for my recent trip to London for Halloween (for reference, I booked my make up appointment weeks before I even booked my flight). 1 hour before the start of my appointment, I received an email that my MUA tested positive for Covid and they canceled my appointment. While I understand that a positive Covid case is out of their control, I cannot believe that the MUA found out they were positive at 4pm in the afternoon. Assuming the MUA called out sick that day, they should’ve given me a call (not send via email) earlier in the day and/or tried to find an alternative artist. With just an hours notice, I didn’t even have time to go out and purchase make up. I’m still waiting on the refund from my appointment. I would not recommend their services!!
