Horrible experience, they charge me twice, hairdresser's did not arrive
Horrible, do not book with them. I asked for makeup and hair, they did not contact me to say the hairdresser will not arrive, and I was just waiting. They charge me 2 times, first for hair and make up and then again only hair. I have been trying to contact them and no response to my emails. The make up lady did arrive and she was so good, but its better to contact them separately than from this app. They have not given my money back or contact me. And there is no telephone where you can contact them directly. Avoid all of this and just don't trust them.

We had tried to call you and sent you an email to explain that we couldn't find a hair professional for you, but I understand that you hadn't seen the email and were surprised when only our makeup professional showed.
We always try our best to fulfill your booking and will do everything we can to find a professional, but unfortunately sometimes we have no availability and have to cancel the booking. I'm sorry this happened to you, and that you weren't able to see the notifications that this had changed.

Great service, simple and efficient
My technician was on time and very friendly and efficient. I loved the ease of being able to have what is usually a time-consuming treatment (lash lift) in the comfort of my own home. I also found the booking service really easy.

I was gifted a voucher from a friend, and decided to book later that day. I had never heard of Blow before and thought I would give it a try. Shortly after I made a booking, the stylist was assigned and confirmed. It was so easy and very practical. I have since signed up and will use Blow in future!

I was really nervous about someone…
I was really nervous about someone coming into my home with a toddler and baby and the mad family life that comes with it, but my hairdresser just took it in her stride and was so flexible and understanding! I can’t wait to make this a regular treat.

Wanted a keratase blowdry with waves
My first time using blow and had Marlene as my stylist
She nailed it. Arrived on time. Very friendly and professional and did exactly what I asked
It was perfect. Lasted the whole night and next day which is quite a feat as my hair is thick and normally the curl drops within the hour
