Rang on a Sunday from the comfort of my home . A lovely guy called David Coulter helped me book . His advice was great and I felt very confident I had found the best deal , especially the flights to suit me and my husband . Absolubtley brilliant service
Tina was fantastic - really listened to what we wanted gave us loads of options and wouldn’t recommend anywhere she wouldn’t visit herself which was very reassuring. We’re halfway through the Ibiza holiday she found for us and it’s brilliant. The whole process was so easy and she even checked us in and got us a free bottle of fizz in the room! We will definitely be using her in future and I would recommend her to anyone.

We went to South palm beach resort last…
We went to South palm beach resort last year in the Maldives.
The island was an absolute mess, falling apart , no staff , no amenities, terrible food.
We found out from the staff that the island was being run into the ground for a cheap resale to a Russian consortium.
We should have never been allowed to go. If was filthy and unsafe.
We were eventually moved to a different island , but the holiday was ruined by then. Terrible terrible experience- shame on you blue bay for thinking you could get away with it !!!!!

We were sorry to learn that you remain dissatisfied following your holiday last year.
However, we would like to clarify this review is referring to issues that were fully investigated and responded to over 12 months ago.
At that time, an agreed settlement was reached, including a compensation payment, which was accepted by you. On that basis, the matter was considered resolved and no further outstanding concerns were raised with us at the time.
Therefore, we were concerned to see the matter being raised again after such a significant period of time.
We remain committed to addressing genuine concerns, but in this instance the complaint has already been resolved and the agreed outcome accepted.

Great customer service
We found Blue Bay Travel website really easy to use to find our holiday in Maldives and loved how it included everything in the price, such as transfers.
We decided to book through their customer service team so we could claim our blue light discount.
We found Tom Whitehead to be so helpful and he gave that extra layer of confidence and assurance that everything was done for us.
