We are sorry to hear your package took so long to arrive, but it was delivered on 30th April 2025. Your order was received on Saturday 29th March and it was posted from the United Kingdom on Monday 31st March using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed postal service. It seems to have been held by Italian Customs for over 20 days! Most companies do not ship internationally because it can take a long time for packages to arrive at their destination. However, we serve customers all over the world because they cannot easily purchase the products we sell. 99% of our international customers really appreciate that we continue to serve them and understand fast delivery is not always possible. Please contact your postal service in Italy and file a complaint with them. Again, we apologise that your order took a long time to arrive, but ultimately we no control over Italian Customs procedures and processing times.

Very good company
The website was easy to use, items were reasonably priced, received my product on time no hassle & most importantly they have a phone number where you don’t wait on hold for ages with silly options, just straight through to an actual human & the lady was very polite & helpful. Highly recommend this company

Sadly impossible to use
I had to return the product. It’s incredibly fiddly and difficult to use on yourself. It needs an overhaul in terms of design and ergonomics.

Easy site to navigate, great product
I recently visited Body4Real's website and was impressed by its clean, easy-to-navigate design. The site offers a great variety of products, with clear descriptions. I especially appreciated the focus on natural ingredients.
I tried their moisturizing cream, and it delivered great results - hydrating without being greasy and absorbing quickly, leaving a nice cool feeling. The subtle scent was a bonus. Overall, the website provides a smooth shopping experience, and I'm looking forward to trying more products in the future.

contacted company after having problems with a product but refuse to do anything without medical reports (which cost a fortune) photos (which are impossible for the problem) other than that you're lumbered with an inferior product!
