Omg this company is called Bondi Beach boutique Australia
But it's made in China .
I purchased a swimming costume, size M .Im a size 12
I tried it on way to small ,email them they said yes full refund if you return to China cost between $80/$100
Or if I liked it could return the item for another $15 on top of the postage .
So this item cost $70.they said half price so it would have cost $140.00
They said i could get a partial refund 15% i said 70% they said bedt we could do was 20%
Don't buy anything from this place

Would give a 0 if possible. Shabbily made, not true to size, inferior material and falsely advertised, will be throwing dress in charity bin, don’t want to waste any more time with this charade of a company. Sorry didn’t read reviews beforehand which I usually do.

Like everyone else on this review, definitely scammed. States high original price, leading to think its high quality garments, absolute rubbish poor quality clothes i had ever seen. Has anyone received refund? Can put dispute transaction with the bank?

Disgusting product, pictures are not true. Fabric cheap and nasty, sizing non existent, can only assume this is set up to scam money by 'selling' rubbish for high prices.

If I could give this company zero I would. Wished I read reviews before ordering. Definitely not Australian, waited over a month for a dress that is so cheap I wouldn’t even wear it to bed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

The company misleads people saying they are in Australia. They are in China. Delivery was delayed for an extended period. They haven't responded to any repeated emails for refunds. The same products can be bought on Temu at a really low price. Temu at least respond, refund and cover postage.

Such a shonky web site . The garments are nothing like what’s shown. Inferior rip off !! The process of trying to return is also terrible. They say you have to send package back to Asia at your cost $ 80 !!!!Stay right away !

Don't waste time or money. NOT Australia. Ordered larger size in case and dress only just fit hips, shoulders too big, can only just get hands in pockets, only just comes to my knees (supposed to be middi). Says reduced from $350 implying high quality at cheaper price. Not the case even reduced price too much. Temu would be better. Ordered 2 Dec, arrived 18th from China. 90 day return policy,

I ordered a dress - it has just turned up, and is not the colour I asked for. On re-looking at their site, they didn’t have the colour I received as an option.
The dress I received is in a colour I don’t like or wear.
I then came to this site, and realise I’ve been scammed. Shame on them. And it would appear it’s not worth sending back. A waste of my money. From now on I will check reviews before I buy.

These people are pretending to be an Australian family and they design all their products in Bondi. This is not true. The dress I ordered and received didn't even have a label on it - its so cheap. The mobile number on the website does not exist and the ABN is also non existent. They definately from China. I don't understand how the government allows this type of company to operate in Australia as a legit Australian company? Do not buy anything from these products, they look nothing like the photos.

Item is not what was advertised - 65% nylon 35% cotton arrives with tag 100% polyester and looks nothing like the website pic

Should have read reviews. Dress not the same as photo. I too thought I was ordering from an Australian small business. Cheap material and poorly made. Lost my $$as well

Items were made of substandard fabric and colours - items were not as advertised - I would never never ever buy from them on line again - they should be ashamed of themselves for doing this to customers.

Why didn't I read the reviews! They weren't wrong! Received parcels and there is nothing i recognise as ordering. The quality is awful, the material is terrible and the patterns are hideous. The website is deceitful, calling themselves Bondi Beach Boutique is deceptive as they aren't in Bondi and the photos are nothing like what they deliver SCAM! Im saying goodbye to my $200 after reading everyone's trouble trying to do a return. Fair trading should investigate this company.

Garment delivered does NOT match advertised item. Cut and sizing are NOT aligned with Australian standards.
Thought I was ordering from Australian business, but product was shipped directly from China.
Return policy is a scam aimed at keeping their money rather than customer satisfaction.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Not an Australian company. Cheap rip offs from china. Dresses not as advertised material 100% polyester not cotton they don’t fit. Haven’t been able receive a reply for a refund. Have lodged a dispute with my bank but I think I can say good bye to my $180. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

There should be a choice of no stars for this deceptive company. It uses AI to make the website look real and Australian. It is not possible to leave a review there. My dress arrived after a month, from China. It is nothing like what I ordered, cheap material, too hot for Sydney, the pattern is different from the picture, it is a really long shapeless dress I will never wear. I suspect the reassuring emails I received to tell me about my package’s progress of being AI.

In all, this is a total, criminal scam.
