I have just received my Bonsai order from Bonsai Direct and I couldn’t be more pleased. I ordered what they call their perfectly imperfect Bonsai’s (their equivalent to Wonky Veg), these two trees are 8yrs old and have been well cared for, they’re a beautiful shape and have exceeded all my expectations. The pack contained a lovely Chinese Elm with a knotty bent trunk and loaded with lovely green leaves and a cute little Fukien Tea Tree with a twisted S shaped trunk and tiny little flower buds waiting to pop open on top of strong lush leaves. They arrived by next day delivery at no extra cost and they were so well packed they would never have come to any harm. I will have no hesitation in ordering from this company again and will happily recommend to friends and family or anyone that is interested in ordering a tree as a beginner or professional, in my opinion Bonsai Direct deserve 5*

Beautiful bonsai's and excellent customer service
I have bought several bonsai's from Bonsai Direct, a Twisty Chinese Elm beginner starter pack and a Twisty Oriental Myrtle with drip tray for my husband's recent birthday. Firstly they were both beautiful, extremely well packaged and delivered on my preferred date.

I have just received my Bonsai and it is beautiful. It was delivered with care and was packed so not to damage it. First class service from Bonsai Direct and tree looks very healthy. The price was very good too.
Just hope I can look after it properly as I am not very "green fingered" They have videos on their website so I shall be checking them out. I would deffo purchase again.

First ever Bonsai tree!!!
I have just received my first ever Bonsai tree and she is stunning! Oh my gosh, wow!
I'm fairly good at looking after plants, but I have never had to take care of a little tree that is already 8 years old! I do hope the little lady will thrive and grow under my care.
I also purchased a watering can, fertilizer, mist, and a ceramic tray over a plastic plate, for aesthetic purposes. Everything came in a sturdy box, was well-packaged and was good value for money.

I’d thoroughly recommend these friendly people prices are amazing doubt you’d find cheaper anywhere. I’ve now ordered a caring package from them. This week I ordered some pruning…
This week I ordered some pruning scissors and soil and came the next day in the post by Royal Mail in a secure and well package box with no damage and the product is amazing! And then I ordered a Jade bonsai and received a free sapling of a Chinese elm! And that parcel also came the next day with all healthy and no damage. The packaging is outstanding with care they make sure that the bonsai will not get damaged in the process of delivery! The bonsais was delivered by DPD and they are professional in handling the boxes from Bonsai direct.

Very good arrived in perfect condition. Care guide is very helpful. My leaves started drooping and I contacted them. They gave me lots of advice about where to put it and how to water it well. It was blooming again within weeks. Very good will buy from here again.
