Positives and Negatives
Positives- received quickly, well packaged and healthy.
Negatives - cost more than comparable cheap Chinese imports, so for this I expected a superior product.
Unfortunately heavy rust coloured wiring marks and my main disappointment is heavy negative taper in most of the trunk up to the first branch.
I did not expect perfection but I did expect better.

We would like to clarify that our bonsai is not a cheap Chinese import. We have been professionally growing and developing bonsai for over 30 years and take great pride in the quality of our trees. Most of our bonsai are grown on the nursery, minus species such as the Mediterranean bonsai which are grown abroad in a warmer climate (we have a very close relationship with the grower), imported, then grown on further here for a number of years.
Bonsai are living trees, each with their own individual character and natural imperfections. Wiring marks can sometimes occur during the training and development process, while trunk taper and overall structure vary considerably between individual specimens.
We do appreciate that everyone has their own preferences when it comes to bonsai styling, and we're sorry this particular tree hasn't met your expectations.
We would always encourage customers to contact us directly with any concerns, as we're more than happy to discuss them and see how we can help.

Bought another beautiful elm tree from this in my opinion best nursery for beautiful healthy trees I have never had any problems from buying to delivery they keep you informed every step of the way and they package them well they are always securely wrapped and packed another great tree that I just had to buy I fell in love with shape and the way the canopy is shaped you made my day again guys thank you so much for everything including the courier company that you use they deliver the trees with the upmost care so that they arrive safely and still looking the way they did in the photograph thanks again much appreciated

Good delivery & packing but tree looked sad..,
The delivery was quick and the tree was very well packed. All items were there as ordered. However the tree looked a little bit sad, at least 4 of the leaves were bitten and full of holes, which doesn’t look great when you give it as a gift.
