I love ((BOUNCE))! After hitting a dark place with my mental health, ((BOUNCE)) provided me with the outlet that I needed. It is the one form of exercise I have managed to stick to and I have lost over 2 stone in weight in 2 years. I have met so many incredible people and attending a class is my version of a night out! I have tried all of their class types, and love every single one of them! 😍

Yummy lunch, well needed tasty snacks, face glitter, massage, new ((bounce)) towel, what more can you ask for!!

Yesterday was my 4th Bounce body workshop and I absolutely love it!!! all the people and instructors there are so friendly, the atmosphere is amazing And all the music tracks are very motivating which makes the classes so much more enjoyable. But every time I go, I can’t help but end up buying More gym clothes from The boutique shop.

Love Bounce! This is my 3rd Bodyworkshop and I felt the fun vibe wasn’t there so much this time. Where were our flag wavers and our cheesy dance choreography at the end. Just didn’t do it for me this time.

This is my 4th workshop I’ve attended, the atmosphere is insane every time! Love the fact there’s a variety of class types to do. Boutique offer is amazing as I buy a lot of the clothing! Smiling all day long when I’m there. Love how chatty / friendly everyone is there too, such a vibe with the photos and videos - so much fun to join in with! Roll on September 21st! 🥳

Awesome atmosphere at the recent workshop. Trainers made special effort to come and talk to attendees and everyone had the opportunity to feel involved, whatever their experience or level of fitness. Great fun all round!

I love BWS although I am visually impaired I know the instructors always make sure I'm OK, and even if I'm at the back I still have the best time of my life, the vibes, the tracks, the class types, the food, the glitter I just love it all I wish I could do all of them everytime!!!

Best experience ever!! I've been doing ((B)) for 6 or 7 years now and I love everything about it there is just nothing like it!

This was my 2nd body shop and it was just great fun and a fantastic experience x I came on my own and felt a bit anxious at first but once I stepped in everyone was so welcoming and lots of positive vibes xx great spend up in the boutique - love the new range xx can’t wait to get myself booked on for September 🎉🎉🎉🎉

It is such a great day at the workshop. The staff are friendly and welcoming and supportive and make you want to really push yourself to the goal you want to achieve

The atmosphere is electric and the vibe is totally energising making it a day to remember every time!

Attended bodyworkshop on Saturday and had a brilliant time. This was my fourth time going, but first time going with a group of people, much better than going on my own! It was well organised, the instructors were friendly and motivating and a good atmosphere. Good range of snacks provided in the goodie bag to keep you energised. Nice lunch provided too and allow for dietary requirements which is good. Had to control my spending in the boutique 😂 its easy to get carried away.
Also want to take this opportunity to say, I recently relocated so had to leave my previous bounce class, I found a new one in the area I moved to and started there in January. From walking through the door in that first class I was made to feel so welcome by the instructors. Everyone is so friendly and when your not the most outgoing person and find walking into new places on your own daunting, this makes a huge difference so thank you! 😊

First time doing body fit and loved it. I’m not a super fit person so it was quite hard but felt great after. Every walk of life there with all shapes and sizes and felt really comfortable being there. Teachers were brilliant and super friendly as always. Great goody bag with snacks to keep you going and yummy lunch. Definitely will do again.

What a fantastically fun and inspiring day yesterday was - after 7 years of Bounce it was my first Workshop and I LOVED it ! The day was so well organised and everyone was so friendly and welcoming and the ((Bounce)) vibe was amazing. Never have I had that much fun exercising for that amount of time and I will definitely be back for more. Thank you ((Bounce))

Bounce Body WorkShop was an incredible experience and something I won’t forget! The atmosphere was incredible and everyone including the instructors were friendly and very welcoming. I’m definitely booking the next one in September! The great thing is too is that I’d be more than happy to go alone as you will certainly meet some wonderful people there! I loved the different work outs and enjoyed a massage too! Body Glitter was also included in the pack. I also couldn’t resist buying from some of the cute outfits from the Boutique - one of the instructors kindly advised me on the sizes and really helped me out. I highly recommend this amazing experience.

I love Bounce! I have been doing it for years, since 2016 as it is like a party at every class and like clubbing, even if your clubbing days are behind you! My kids have always been welcome and that is why I have kept it up in part as so few exercise classes exist that you can bring kids too. It is something we do together as a family and I can do at my local class but at also at home. But kept me sane during Lockdown! The Bounceworkshop is a blast if you get a chance to go!

An exhilarating day - you could feel the love, support and vibes in the air! We will be back ☺️

I’m so thankful I found Bounce. What a fantastic group of people that not only have fantastic classes across the globe but also get together from all over the country for the phenomenal Bounce Workshops. I can truly say I’ve found an exercise class/type that I genuinely look forward to going to. The Bounce classes (and all the various types!) are so inclusive and welcoming to all levels of fitness with options to lower the intensity and well as push yourself. The Bounce workshop was such a vibe and like nothing I’ve experienced before. A room full of enthusiast, fun, fierce and friendly people all loving what they’re doing - the full workshop is definitely a workout (to say the least!) but it’s such a sense of achievement when it’s done and you have a LOT of fun while doing it. I can’t recommend Bounce enough!
