BOW Wow Meow Pest Insurance is an outstanding service
BOW Wow Meow Pest Insurance is an absolutely wonderful service to belong to, giving us real peace of mind when our precious Archie needed surgery. Any vet bills we incurred were assessed quickly with compensation paid promptly as well. Archie’s operation was eight days ago and we have already been compensated. You are able to contact their representatives easily by phone and they are happy to answer any queries you may have in a very friendly, professional manner. We highly recommend this pet insurance to all our friends and family.

I took Chester to the vet as he had something toxic and he was throwing up for a couple of days. they did blood tests gave him anti nausea medication, hospital needle & reflux medication it really helped our boy. The vet uses gap pay so I rang bow Wow meow pet insurance and told me what to do the customer service was great

Prompt Payment
The claims were not held up and processed promptly which was a relief as we had to pay upfront $17,500 to the vet and specialist hospital. Know we would be refunded 80% so promptly was a relief.

Pretty disappointing that no benefits for the dental procedure that she had. Pretty sure we have the Ultimate care plan this is why we are very disappointed.

To keep premiums affordable, our cheaper plans do not include dental coverage. Our Ultimate Care plan however, does include dental illness (annual limit of $1,000). Service
I want to thank Bow Wow Meow for their professional manner and quick service with my last claim. My dog was ill and after an unexpected visit to the vet I submitted the claim. Bow Wow Meow immediately followed up with a confirmation email and within a week my claim had been completed with a good return. I also like the regular emails and updates with information about how I can care for my pet.

Super easy process
Claim made by the vet and received my reimbursement the next week! Super easy. I knew what I was covered for, so was not surprised when not all my dogs bill was covered. My dog is prone to accidents so insurance is a must.
