Bow Wow Meow has always been so efficient in processing any claims. Unfortunately my senior dog has diabetes and needs regular insulin injections resulting in fairly regular claims. I have never had any rouble l trouble with making claims, getting new policies, cancelling policies (death of a pet) and would highly recommend Bow Wow Meow to all pet owners that want peace of mind.

Loki has been diagnosed with a life long condition that requires expensive procedures and medication. Bow Wow Meow Pet Insurance has been incredible with dealing with claims in a timely matter and providing communication on where his claim is at in the claims process. I could not recommend them enough as without it there is no way we could afford Loki’s medical treatment.

Do not insure with Bow Wow.
I have never dealt with a more unscrupulous insurance company ever. And that’s saying something.
It wasn’t until I threatened legal action that my legitimate claim was settled. I understand this is a common experience with BOW WOW

Bow wow meow have always been great to us! Unfortunately our dog is verrrryyyy accident prone so we are constantly visiting the vet. It is calming knowing with confidence that I can easily submit the claim online and usually it's reviewed and approved within a day. Will definitely continue to purchase insurance for our dog Archie and any future pets we get!

I noticed that claims were processed so much quicker with the vet practice submitting the claim than if I'd have done it myself.

Bow wow meow has always been every prompt with claim processing. I find that my premiums are worth it as so get back what was promised. Very happy with them.

The claim process is really easy, takes minutes only and they are very fast to process and pay on the claim. I have been very happy with Bow Wow Meow Pet Insurance. I have been with them for about 18 months.

It has & continues to be an easy experience in claiming with Bow Wow Meow. You simply upload the paid invoice & a few days later the claim is processed & funds are back in your account. Highly recommend these guys.

* The Supervisor contacted me the following day. They are very prompt after this review which I made the other day. It was just unfortunate that I spoke to person who wasn’t willing to go one step farther and tried to be a “know it all”. Inspite of unfortunate communication with 1800 Customer Service , the Supervisor made the situation better to handle . I highly recommend Bow Wow!

Extremely disappointed of 1800 Customer Service. Didn’t help resolve my inquiry about a claim that went to wrong bank account . He wouldn’t even try to pass me on to someone who could help. I sent an email and inform them about the wrong account, but no one even dared to look into it. So at the moment, I still have not received one of my claim as it went to the wrong account.
It’s sad how a very good provider can be ruined by incapable & incompetent customer service people.
Refund wise, BowWowMeow is fast.

This is a great pet insurance company. Fast and easy claims process and great communication from them.

My little dog had a dislocated knee that wasn't staying in, so was booked for surgery. She unfortunately became critically unwell with HGE the day before the surgery. She was seriously ill for 2.5 weeks with this and required a lot of time in hospital and many medications, procedures and tests. Each day a claim was put through to Bow Wow by either the hospital or the vet, and each time we received an amazing refund literally within a few days.
We kept exclaiming "Thanks goodness we have pet insurance!!"

The process is so quick and all handled by the vet. Couldn’t be easier or more efficient. It offers great piece of mind.

Very simple process, emergency Vet hospital submitted claim on our behalf & money was in my bank account within 48 hours. Only reason we couldn’t use gap only was because it was on a weekend. That would be my only complaint that Bow Wow should have gap only available at all times rather than only as their office hours.
