I was very happy with my recent transaction with Bow Wow Meow. After a significant surgery, my claim was processed more quickly than I expected and really removed the pressure of the financial burden.

Really not worth the cost. Better to put your money in a seperate account and save it for any pet expenses, especially if you have a puppy. They dont pay out 100% of your claim. Correspondence is very lax.

Getting the Bow Wow insurance for my golden retriever is one of the best decision I made. It’s really worth the money. I was able to claim most of his medical expenses when he started getting sick. It’s very easy to claim it, it’s very user friendly. The customer support is also very friendly.

We have had our dogs insured with Bow Wow for over 2 years now. One of our most recent claims took them 4 weeks to process (coincidently the most expensive one we have ever claimed for). When I phoned to check how the claim was going it was discovered that they hadn't checked the documents that the vet had sent hence the delay. We pay a lot of money to insure our dogs and this was disappointing...we eventually got our rebate back.

My first claim (and hopefully my last) was flawless. Super easy, great turnaround. No complaints. I felt very happy I got pet insurance.
