Can’t believe how fast my order came - literally the next day and in perfect condition.

I am a cautious ebayer but had an excellent experience with BoxedTech, who were prompt and informative in their responses to my questions regarding a new phone which I subsequently bought.
Delivery was prompt, the phone was as described , brand new and in perfect condition, I would not hesitate to buy from BoxedTech again.

The service was very smooth and the parcel was delivered 2 days early!

Ordered phone for my daughters birthday. Phone was a reasonable price.Boxedtech kept me in the loop via email as to order being received and when it was being delivered. Order was delivered on date advised which was really convenient as I could arrange to be home at the time and date I was told. As its not my daughters birthday yet the box hasn't been opened but it is the Box for the make and model ordered. Would definitely use again and certainly recommend.

Absolutely perfect service from BoxedTech.

I ordered 2 phones from them as they were cheaper than Amazon.

The phones arrived next day at the specified time (the communication was all excellent)

However, one of the phones was missing a case. A quick online chat to tell them, and a new case was dispatched which also arrived next day.

Cannot fault them at all, and I would happily recommend them if you're in the market for a new phone.

The price was so fair compare to other website. Postage was excellent, got it with 48hours. Will definitely visit again.

Top phone at a sensible price. Box was sealed but there was evidence the box had been opened before (finger marks on the phone screen protector and ripped cardboad where the SIM ejector tool is located). The phone works fine, so I am OK.. but I have my suspicions these are returns being sold as new?

Follow up to the repky: thanks for your comments. As I said the phone works fine and a few fingerprints etc don't concern me! I assume this was from the factory, and don't expect any replacement etc. Many thanks.

Ordered the wrong generation of phone and it was sorted and refunded quickly. Very polite person who helped me sort everything out. Delivered when it said it would be.

I've purchased a couple of phones from BoxedTech; great service, rapid delivery and both were new devices in sealed packaging as advertised. Great!
