Een dure prullenbak van over de 100 euro binnen 7 maanden kapot. Het sluitingsmechanisme is gewoon helemaal uit elkaar waardoor de deksel niet meer met het pedaal te bedienen valt en ook helemaal los zit. Ik heb geen bon meer omdat ik dit nooit verwacht had van deze meestal duurzame prullenbakken. Slechtere kwaliteit dan vroeger lijkt wel?

Qualité chinoise, tarif européen! Je rencontre un problème avec les sacs poubelle Brabantia commandés sur le site officiel de la marque. Ils sont collés sur la partie supérieure, ce qui empêche de les ouvrir sans les déchirer. J’ai en vain transmis ma facture en appui et attends le retour de Brabantia

Ingen kundeservice ☹️. Jeg har prøvet at kontakte firmaet op til flere gange. Efter et par måneder får jeg personlig skriftlig kontakt med Jesper, som mener, at jeg har samlet nogle tøjklemmer forkert. Jeg skrev retur, at de var samlede ved ankomst og jeg gerne ville reklamerer. Total stilhed fra Jesper.
Købte tørrestativ og klemmeposep, som er virkelig god kvalitet, så jeg forstår ikke, at firmaet ingen kundeservice har.
Køb ikke fra dette firma, hvis du gerne vil have reklamationsret. 😏

Really impressed with Brabantia. Purchased a bin from them in 2017 mostly because it is a Dutch brand (!). While the products are a bit more expensive than alternatives, the product guaruntees make it completely worth it. Unfortunately the soft close mechanism stopped working 8 years into owning a bin with a 10 year guaruntee. Brabantia committed to repairing or replacing the bin. It's great that a company stands by their design and craftsmanship, and provides this guaruntee for many years. Really impressive, will stay loyal to this brand!

The Brabantia website was very easy to use. Easy on the eye. It has detailed descriptions as to the size of the item for example, the Rotary Dryers and the Ironing Boards so you know exactly the size and weight of the item you are looking at. The warranty at 5 years is outstanding.

It helped me, so I could find a Rotary Dryer that fitted my back garden that I could lift on my own. I am 5ft 4 and weigh just over 8 stone. The diagrams and photos helped a lot.

I was kept informed of delivery of the Rotary Essential 40m every step of the way. The Rotary Dryer came perfectly packaged with a cover included, which was a nice surprise. By the way I love the Rotary Essential dryer. I purchased the Rotary Dryer 25/06/25 and only recently put it up as I was having work done on my roof and did not want it damaged.

Thank you for a lovely dryer that surpassed my expectations. The previous one lasted over 20 years, unbranded I am hoping this one will too.

I love the Brabantia soap dispenser I purchased. It looks wonderful in my newly remodeled kitchen and provides a sleek container for my kitchen and hand soap. I had a small issue and the customer service office took care of my issue quickly. I am very impressed with the assistance they provided.

We had a problem with a Brabantia rotary clothes line and contacted Brabantia to resolve it. They very rapidly resolved the issue and arranged an exchange for a new one. The first one was collected and new one provided.
All this was organised by Jo in a very professional manner and we are very grateful for her efforts.

Bonjour, très mauvaise expérience. Mon état de livraison changeait tous les jours pendant 2 semaines. Service Barbantia jamais joignable et qui ne répond pas. Une fois que j’ai enfin pu réceptionné le colis. Ce dernier même pas déballé était en piteuse état. Dommage que je ne puisse pas partager de photos. Housse complètement taché et abîmée de bas en haut. Pour une table à repasser à 88€ je trouve ça scandaleux!

I purchased a new airer and when delivered I noticed that the strap securing the lines was damaged. I emailed customer services and received a quick response with the end result a spare part is in the post. Very impressed

Brilliant response to my item fault.
We contacted Brabantia to report an uncharacteristic defect on my otherwise brilliant fold out washing line and the wonderful Shannon dealt with it superbly and swiftly. Customer service at a brilliant level.

Une étoile car c’est le minimum mais j’aurais bien mis 0. Je n’ai pas reçu mon colis alors que j’ai été prélevée. Je contacte tous les jours Chronopost pour savoir où en est la livraison. Je suis restée plusieurs jours chez moi en télétravail pour rien et je tente depuis le début de joindre Brabantia et jamais personne ne répond !! J’ai fini par demander le remboursement car colis non livré et là encore aucune réponse de leur part.
J’ai envoyé plusieurs courriels, aucune réponse à ce jour !
Ne commandez surtout pas sur leur site !!
Service client : 0. Une honte. J’ai entamé une procédure auprès de ma banque pour obtenir le remboursement…. Fuyez ! !

Ringrazio della preferenza a noi accordata ed informo che per le consegne effettuate sulle isole, è applicato l'importo incondizionato di euro 25,00. Sono dispiaciuta ma si tratta di importi fissi che non è possibile modificare. Riporto il link nella sezione Domande Frequenti e relativa specifica.

The black clasp broke in my Brabantia bin lid so I tried to order a new plastic widget online to repair it. The wrong size plastic clasp arrived so I called Brabantia and told them about my broken bin lid. They immediately offered to send a brand new 60L Brabantia touch bin lid free of charge inc. free postage! Yay! I was over the moon and the mint condition, brand new bin lid arrived all wrapped up just a couple of days later! 10 star company.

Brabantia washing line pole snapped in half after 4 years. Had 5 yrs warranty. I provided the necessary details and Brabantia promptly ordered a replacement. Excellent customer service.

Jo, our Brabantia Customer Service Representative, is a superstar of profiency, communication, helpfulness and product knowledge! She responded in a very timely manner and made the whole process very easy and trustworthy. Jo is a real credit to her company and deserves special recognition for her efforts.

We love the Brabantia Bo Bin so ordered one 3 years ago.
Unfortunately the pedal stopped working, so we contacted Customer Services. (The bin comes with a 10 year warranty)
They got back to us very quickly and told us that a new one would be arriving in 3-5 days, no quibble.
Highly recommend this company, and bin!!
