Branding very expensive, but good service
Branding very expensive. Service via email is quite slow. I landed up only ordering clothing and bags with no branding via the online shop. Online shop service is great. I needed my order by a certain time and they sped up the process to help. Good quality items.

Delivery time is not great
The 6 bags unbranded I ordered is good quality. Delivery took a week, so no fast delivery. Ordered on 25th May, received 1st June. Had to follow up with sales to check on processing of my order 2 days after placing the order and it had not been processed. But I know the lead time for delivery the next time I order.

We are terribly sorry to hear that your delivery took longer than expected.
When ordering online you may be ordering items that come from different warehouses. To cut down on costs all the products are sent to a single location to be consolidated before delivery, this unfortunately adds an extra day to your order.
Furthermore depending on what courier service is used, especially with economy, deliveries can take upto an extra 2 to 4 days.
We hope this provides some clarity and thank you for your feedback.
