The items and service was amazing.
I was only a little disappointed with the manner of packaging.
I'd like to believe the items bought were a bit material fragile and a better packaging could have been used.
Nonetheless, I'm happy.

I needed my items sooner than the delivery date stated when I ordered online. Kiara was extremely helpful with regards to guiding me and in making sure my items were sent out ASAP. And confirming that they would be ready for collection when I needed them. Charity was also very helpful, she sent me an email and phoned me to let me know my parcel was ready for collection. And then helped me track my parcel with the courier company. Thank you so much ladies.
