From the start to the finish Danny M the sales assistant that met me on the forecourt was 2nd to none.
His attention and information detail was delivered in a natural non pushy way, open to many questions and went the extra mile on a few times when I was confused with certain forms.
The whole environment of the showroom was friendly with a quiet and busy feel.
I very much recommend if you are looking for Dacia/Renault car.

Easy to book service.
Was told it would take about 1 1/2 hours as I was "waiting" for the car.
After 2 hours I noticed the carbeing driven out of the service area. I was then told that the service desk was waiting for the keys - that took another 15 minutes. One member of staff went to look for them just before her colleague found them on her desk.

I have been with Dacia/Brayleys for 10 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Their customer care is second to none and they have been friendly, helpful, efficient, reliable and incredibly kind form the start.

Made to feel welcome, appointment on time. Able to drink a hot drink and sit while I wait as well as the shops. The communication was great many thanks

Car prepared even when arrived a bit early. Good explanation of the car features.

Easy check in for service. Clear explanation of findings. Personally escorted back to my vehicle which was immaculately clean after service. The only drawback is the difficulty in parking at the location, which is always jam packed.

I had to move my booking but they only had 1 month later.. I then called up 2 days before to cancel some of the things I had on my booking as I had to get my MOT done as it would have been overdue by the next date I had booked in. I also cancelled something else and just wanted my service doing. I turned up and everything was still listed to be completed. So I had to say again that I didn’t want it all done.

The next thing, it’s not a big thing but when I booked it online it said it would get washed. I picked it up and it hadn’t been washed or cleaned.

The booking an appointment procedure was very quick and easy. From the moment we arrived at our appointment we were made to feel very welcome by Andrew. He was very friendly throughout and explained everything. There was no pressure to make a purchase and Andrew worked hard to get us a deal that met our budgets and needs. The communications following our order was excellent. The day of collection Andrew talked us through the processes and made sure the handover was detailed, quick and easy. We will recommend Brayleys to others.

There were a couple of minor financial issues to begin with, but Tony Johnson was excellent at keeping me informed every step of the way. Even when he was away, Danny Marino stepped in and proactively kept me updated on the status every step of the way. Brilliant service at Brayley's by both guys - will thoroughly recommend them; how they deal with people with their friendly manner, should be the template for other companies on how to treat their customers. Five-star service!

Overall Brayley Milton Keynes has given me excellent service and help over the last 3+ years from a new Dacia Duster bought to the servicing.

He explained the process and when I collected the car he explained new features on the car and helped set it up for me. This was a huge relief and gratefully accepted.

Exactly how a service should be.
From the smooth booking process to the call from the service team confirming exactly what I needed, everything was handled professionally. Everyone greeted me with a smile when I dropped off the keys, and I was met with more smiles when I collected the car. Excellent experience.

I booked a test drive for 13:30. 25 minutes late I was told by Danny, the guy I was to see "Sorry mate, I'm booking cars in." I did not hang around.
