Quick turnaround at drop off and collection. Car nice and clean again aswell.

Friendly, quick. However I liked the soft benefits. They have co-working space/meeting room. This way I can wait and get work done without having to take a day off or ask for a hire car. I think I'll move to this dealership from my regular Honda dealership because of this.

Called into Brayley Honda, Hemel Hempstead on Monday afternoon and had a car sorted out within a couple of hours.
The site is crammed so we had to park in B&Q.

Speedy and friendly service. A little pricey compared to other garages/halfords… I paid almost £40 for a rear wiper blade!

Efficient and informative

Very helpful, took time to explain everything both during the test drive and when we collected the car. I didn’t feel there was any pressure selling, just explained the options and left us to decide.

I can’t say enough good things about the service department at Brayleys Honda, Hemel Hempstead, my son’s 7 year old Honda Civic needed some serious attention and from start to finish the experience was exceptional. Jason Green the Aftersales Manager was professional, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, he took time to explain what needed to be done, provided estimates, updated me regularly and helped navigate the warranty process. It’s rare these days to find a service department that genuinely gives a first class experience from start to finish but that’s exactly what I experienced. Thank you Jason and all at Brayleys. I think this is the first time I have ever left a glowing review for a garage, I can’t recommend them highly enough.
