The first time we have used this garage to have our car serviced. It won’t be the last! Great communication both leading up to the day and whilst our car was in the garage. The Service Manager took the time to explain about various functions on our car, which the Honda dealership where we bought the car from didn’t. The car had been cleaned thoroughly too. In all a great experience. My only criticism is the lack of customer parking space.

I was given the opportunity to take my car in sooner for its recall due to me booking a road trip. They were extremely understanding and the job was promptly dealt with efficiently. The service advisers are always courteous and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them !

Very informative & polite service.
It made an occasional complicated purchase (for me as I keep my cars a long time) easy. I had a couple of issues with the standard presentation of the car such as boot opening height & this was easily resolved. Well done guys.

Brayleys has very bad selling practises. They advisetise cars they don't have, then when you call they tell you the car has a deposit on it, "what did you like about the car" but then they want all your details telling they have other cars.

Sales staff are friendly and helpful.

Aamar was very helpful in the buying process and his knowledge of the car.

My wife has been going to Brayleys Honda in Hemel Hempstead for years and everyone has always been brilliant there. I went with her a couple of weeks ago and we were treated so well there. They take the time to talk you through all of the options and you never feel pressured in any way which is important. Special thanks goes to Aamar Suleman, who is a sales executive there. He was amazing and he made us feel at ease. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I personally couldn't have been more impressed by the way he dealt with us. Great service experience. Was called to say when driver was leaving to pick up my car. Car serviced, washed and returned before 4pm. Called later that day to give payment for pick up/drop off service

I made a number of visits recently for servicing my vehicle and also purchasing a new vehicle for my daughter and I cannot fault the team at Hemel Hempstead. They consistently deliver a service that is first class. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with! Jason the service manager is always a joy, George the sales exec who organised the sale of my daughter’s vehicle is a lovely and very helpful guy and Clive the sales manager is a delight. They all make the processes easy to understand and deliver the service with no pressure 11/10🥇

The car needed two recalls attended to, a first service and the windscreen washers fixing. I was unable to take it in for the first appointment as I haven't been well for a couple of weeks. Brayley Hemel Hempstead collected the car from home, did all the required work, cleaned it inside and out and returned it. I cannot thank them enough, it is a worry off my mind. Outstanding service.

George Burton was extremely pleasant and helpful and made the whole procedure stress free. There was no pressure and every detail was taken care of. I hope he stays there until I change my car again in 10 years time!
