A very professional and thorough service for my Honda from Brayleys. Highly recommended - very helpful, knowledgeable and approachable team at all stages of the service.

Got my car serviced and MOT'd by Bradley's yesterday. Easy to book, check in and got the car back earlier than expected.

No video health check (informed on new server & would receive later), never did, also part of the service agreement. No time estimate given when told there would be when booking. When booking link went to brayleys Nissan, not Honda. Pestering calls from staff trying to save money with service plan (£20....wow).

The staff were very helpful, especially when they realised I'd accidentally booked my car in for its service via a garage finding website mascarading as Brayleys. My car was quickly and efficiently serviced, MOT'd, etc. Also, it was beautifully clean inside and out which is not how it looked when I checked it in!

Staff professional, helpful and courteous. No fuss booking, details provided on work required, kept me informed throughout and car ready for collection when stated. Can't ask for more.

Everything was done that I wanted done and it didn’t take as long as as expected. One item wasn’t available though - oil filter

The booking in process was simple and straight forward , staff were friendly and helpful. The mechanic phoned with an update and pointed out work that needed to be done and work which he advised could be done. It was agreed which items to proceed with and authorised.
Collection process was easy and again staff were very friendly and helpful,overall a satisfactory experience.

I purchased a new car. I met Kingsley when I first entered the showroom and he was the salesman that took me through the entire sales process, to the point when I drove my new car away. He was very professional with a quiet, easy style that inspired confidence. The entire experience was very efficient and professional. I would definitely recommend Brayleys and Kingsley in particular.
