Good customer service, in particular Colin Holloway in the vehicle service department spotted an in house error on my service plan that he immediately rectified. The result of which I will be receiving a sizeable refund.

Booked in for first MOT and service. I booked early to ensure I got a 'wait for' appointment. All went smoothly. Good check-in and contact (whilst I shopped!). Who knew they even send you a quick video too these days!

Found the whole experience, efficient and respectful. Was given a full report on what was inspected and what work was carried out. And given the heads up on some work that will be required in the future.

I ended up at Brayleys after my local Honda dealer in Croydon (who I'd used for decades) disappeared overnight. Nothing local so headed off to St Mary Cray (where I thought?) and Brayleys have been great. Nearby fast train links into Bromley/London or out to Sevenoaks and efficient, friendly service.
