My wife’s Honda civic was In for…
My wife’s Honda civic was In for service and Mot. First call was battery leaking acid £180 didn’t go for this it was fine checked second was front wipers £48 said if it fails it’s fine It suddenly passed. Car was serviced ok and washed great joe was fantastic. However picking the car up they said I’m due for timing belt so went away and thought it’s a wet belt system so they have put my car at danger of engine damage as I was never informed of this prior. Please check original booking it wasn’t mentioned. Contacted Dave Carter no response contacted reception via email again no response. Contacted Honda HQ still no response.
What a shower. I will take it further if I hear nothing back as me wife’s cars is a worry now.
Since Andy Parks left this place is bad.

Went to sort out few issues with my…
Went to sort out few issues with my Honda and was welcomed by Mana (Hana) at the service desk. She politely arranged an engineer to examine my issues and came to the car to oversee that I was looked after and also to learn what was wrong. While the engineer was away with my Honda she made me comfortable with some water. With one more issue she arranged to see Mr Shah who came out and arranges to speak to the Manager and will contact me regarding my issue with the radio. Hana made sure I left the showroom with a smile.

Staff from start to finish, understanding and professional. Pricing way over the top. Highly experienced mechanics are half the price which is where I will be going in the future

Jazz fuel pump recall
Everything went as planned. Dropped car off before 10 and it was ready by 12 which saved me another journey as I had a appointment at 1. Great service - much appreciated.

Car picked up on time
Car picked up on time. Was kept informed as to what repairs needed doing and those that were not needed to be done immediately. Staff were friendly and informative. When car was returned staff member requested I checked it over and was polite and friendly. Would always use Honda at Ruislip for repairs

Very quick while you wait service. Preet was very polite and helpful. He told me exactly what my car needed along with the cost, and my car was even cleaned for me! Thank you.

Good Service
Dipak Lakhani was very helpful and attentive. I had brought in my car for its service, he kept me informed and called when it was ready to collect. Also I had booked a courtesy car, he explained the procedure , I asked about insurance cover etc . I was quite happy with the service given.
I do think the £30.00 charge is far too much!!
